I’ve been loyal to these sites including Luck Legends, Raging Bull, Captain Jack, and Ruby (which operate under the same company).. I’ve had my ups and downs but hit a streak across several sites and currently have $35,000 in pending withdrawals. Lucky Legends: $2500 on 2/21 Captain Jack: $2500 on 2/23 Ruby Slots: $30,000 on 2/25 It should come as no surprise that none of these withdrawals were approved within 10 business days as stated in the terms and conditions. I will update this so everyone can see the play by play of my experience with a larger withdrawal amount.

I’m currently going through the same thing. And they took my VIP away completely. I was a VIP4. Never had an issue getting paid before. I finally hit a streak, got about 20k. Still waiting on 10k because no VIP no Coindraw. They really dicked me.

Really wanted to try this casino out as I got numerous bonus codes for free chips. Unfortunately when I attempted to use the bonus codes they would add but the game would never load. Cannot speak on the withdrawal side of things but will definitely not be depositing any of my money to a casino that has software issues. Not recommended.

This place is a ripoff, joke and a den of thieves. amongst all the casinos in this group, I have had approximately 25,000$ stolen from me by the casino. They would not authorize the requests to withdraw, eventually my funds in limbo werejust gone, They said I played them, after waiting months and contacting them daily. They wouldnt even let me use the massive amounts of comp points I had either. Dont trust them. The VIP Hosts, support staff, mysterious other departments are all crooks.

I have been depositing at Capt Jack for 18months or so. About 3 weeks ago I hit a a$16k jackpot win and cashed out at about $12.5k. I have not received Dollar one yet and the only thing thats been accomplished was an approval for 1 withdraw for 2400. I have 4 more sitting there at 2500 a piece. I was already verified so I just don't understand why every other c casino gets me by money instantly or worse case 3 biz data why this is going to take months to get it I ever get anything at all. I'll update this and keep you all abreast

Captain Jack casino is overall a pretty righteous casino. I would definitely recommend Captain Jack casino to family and friends. Your bonuses come pretty regularly and The customer service representatives are patient and very efficient. They handled all of your issues as soon as you bring any up. With a wide variety of games, and the entertainment of the casino itself, you’ll definitely find a home run here. One of my top favorites by far

Let's all do the right thing and shut these guys down who don't care about us who keep them in business to begin with. #STAYAWAY

Ok where should I start I used my reload bonus on my deposit, after I lost all everything I had deposited. And let me tell you the stipulations are ridiculous . So if you deposit 35 dollars and lose , you get a percentage of that back which is 14 something. Then you have to reach a certain amount in order to actually obtain this money and it gets switched from your bonus money to actually money AND THEN you'll get 10 times the amount you had originally gotten back. Which equals to 140 or something like that. But let me tell you in order to cash out it has to be at least 200. So basically you're stuck in limbo good luck!

Captain Jack is my least fav of the sister casinos....Planet 7 and Silver Oak-1st and 2nd for playing and depositing and bonus codes used by me. Captain Jack doesn't offer 15 days of free spins for depositing. A down side for me. They also don't offer at all the Progressive Jackpots like Planet 7 and Silver Oak. Haven't won since that's the least I deposit at even though I'm level 1 VIP. Customer service has always been fine to me.

What a shame, yeah? To be blacklisted and to send me emails with "fantastic" offers. Sometimes i even have idea to take them and to deposit but healthy mind always wins:) But if these casinos are still alive it means that people are playing. Why they are doing this? Because of the great offers? Because they are not members of LCB? I think the last reason is most important. We are just little drop in this world and many other players have never read about casinos they are playing and maybe after long delays they looking for info about casinos in which they had problems.

One of the first casinos that left a very bitter taste in my mouth and made me very cautious when singing up with RTG casinos, I played a no deposit bonus of 50$ and wagered it when querying the withdrawal process I saw the casinos true colors with the silly kyc requirements upon reading up several reviews on this casino it became clear I was not going to get paid out so I just left it and here at LCB they on the warning list too Stay clear of this one

God, what to think about a casino which offers a rather huge no deposit casino, and yet you don't need 40 minutes to stand there with zero cash ? No free spins other than one time during testing several slots, very fishy.

Since I've posted some relatively positive comments about this casino, I felt obligated to update my feelings. After they cut me off the bonuses, I kept playing and winning (Video Poker). Then all of a sudden for no reason I attempted a deposit only to find the minimum and maximum deposit amounts (those small numbers above the deposit box) were set to $1 each. The tell me it's their processors doing it. Of course we all know that's bullshit and they won't do anything about it. Oh well time to move on. They should close the casino if they don't want to pay out when the time comes. I played honest, followed the rules, was polite. Never abused bonuses.... That tells you what kind of people run this casino.

I should clarify I did take bonuses early on playing with this casino. But after a few wins they quickly nixed those. What i learned was that it's much easier to get paid if you don't take any bonuses. Taking a bonus only gives them more chances to catch you on some hidden detail and not pay. Like I said the chat staff sometimes misleads you. Maybe not intentionally always but over simplifying statements like the term "cashable" when if fact there's some restriction that conflicts with that.

Captain Jack is part of the Virtual group. Although it's still on the black list of casinos to avoid, I did get some great bonuses there and managed to win quite a bit. Unlike my experience over a year ago with the Virtual group being slow pay, they actually paid me in a few weeks instead of two months. Eventually I was restricted from taking the no restriction bonuses and had to move on, but I would go there again if I were able to get those bonuses. Also I never had a problem any of their 10 checks.

I had a terrible time trying to get this casino to pay out my winnings. it took 25 days... and when I finally got the check, it is not a check that can be cashed. It is an International check. According to the casino you can only deposit the check not cash it. Also... my withdrawal request was $500.00 but my check arrived, it was only $295.00 and they tried to say it was for a withdrawal managers fee? bottom line, Please save yourself the trouble, and avoid this casino. The worst casino I've ever played at. The worst customer service. The longest payout times. 25 days to be exact. from the time I requested , till I finally got the check. was 25 days.

This was one of the first casinos I deposited to, even though I wasn’t cashing out or winning I really enjoyed being a newbie here. It took a dark turn when I decided to open chat, I knew this one cs was notorious for taking away free bonuses if you had two in a row. I forgot his name, but with all my loyalty and how much I put into that site.. he took away my second free bonus. I never deposited again.

This might rustle some feathers but this used to be one of my favorite casinos to play at. Yes it did take forever to get paid and yes the support staff does intentionally try to mislead you but they paid me every time. BUT having said all that, they suddenly put a limit of $1 minimum and $1 maximum on my deposits for no reason other than I have won there a lot. I never took bonuses, never got mad or insulted the support staff. Never threatened them. Always followed the rules and always patiently waited for my money. I even praised them here as a place that always paid and took a lot of heat for it I might add. This should be an important indicator of what kind of management this place has. Of course they blame the processor for those limits and insist there's nothing they can do. I just want to play and I'll take my chances, come on guys

If you register to play at this casino, you will now be in the Inclave.com system. Can be quite annoying if you only want to log into one specific casino, yet have to log in to that desired casino via Inclave.com. With Captain Jack casino, sometimes I get the message on the casino's web page saying that Captain Jack is unavailable for players in my area, even though I have already created an account before. Either Captain Jack casino is making me feel extra special or the casino is extra suspect. Proceed with caution in my opinion.

Captain Jack is the worse casino that I’ve played at thus far. They denied my first withdrawal apparently I redeemed more than one bonus on spins not that I cashed any out. Took all my winnings asked for verification deposit I did that then denied withdrawal claimed they started me fresh so technically last transaction was a deposit player status even shows depositor. So I had a free promo from email and won again and yep denied withdrawal to many free chips. What! My last transaction was a deposit. Well I guess verification deposits don't count. Whatever they requested the deposit they count at other casinos just more bs. However at this time if they refreshed my acct or whatever I’ve only redeemed one free chip so what’s the issue? They didn’t take my money this time but I’m not playing it! Ridiculous!

I initially liked them at first and after six months of playing here off and on I tried making a withdrawal and out of nowhere I get locked out. Needless to say I then tried emailing them and got no response. I was so disgusted with them I was fit to be tied. I have thrown away a few hundred bucks here. I don't care if they give you a 100X match bonus with no wager requirements and no maximum restrictions. When you never get a single spin worth 5x or bonus round worth 10 to 15X you will lose. If you happen to be lucky enough to win on their obvious LOWEST possible RTP possible in RTG software good luck collecting.

A ton of bonuses here. Way more than most other casinos. I started off trying to max out the no deposit bonuses but the longer I played here I realized how many weekly promotions/bonuses they offer. The payouts here are pretty solid and the free spins they offer you kept me playing Golden Gloves for hours. I haven't had any issues with payouts/deposits and the support staff was pretty helpful when I needed explanations on some of the bonuses. I'd def check it out. You'll be able to get a running start here with all of the bonuses and the variety of games, especially slots, is really good.

This casino didn\'t pay at all. I didn\'t get a single bonus, I had $150 bankroll and played only min bets. Here on most of the slots, the min bet is $.60 Only the 7th spin would pay anything if you set it at autospin. I found it odd, that the wagering on Real Video Slots was $.50 per $1.00 wagered. Usually you get even money on slots. Next, the coupon details in the cashier says that you can play carribean games, but the casino has none. This should be an indicator of how things are managed. I didn\'t win even at the table games, playing Texas Hold\'em the best had I was dealt was Ace-Five, with numberous 10 high, 7 high 6 high suited hands. I think I won 4 out of 18 hands, and had to fold most of those because the starting hand quality was so poor. I should\'ve went back to Luckyslots, and just waited out my pending withdrawal, so I could go and redeposit. Video poker was really poor, I must\'ve played about 15 hands, and was dealt a pair of Jacks or better Once, and most of the hands I just had to hold a high card, since I wasn\'t getting any low pairs, either. You are better off just trying to cash out the free chip, my bankroll went from $150 to $0 in about 90 minutes. Like I said, I didn\'t trigger any bonuses.

Ray: Kevin is going that just allow me a moment Ray: please david: Ray - paragraph 5 - to me this reads that all bonuses are not cashable david: Additional Terms Applicable to ALL Bonuses david: ALL in capitals Ray: ok david: Ray - i am not convinced of these terms on your website david: Additional Terms Applicable to ALL Bonuses david: ollowing the redemption of a bonus, if the player wishes to make a withdrawal which is greater than their deposit, they must have an amount greater than the sum of the deposit + bonus. For example, if a player makes a purchase US$100 and receives a bonus of US$100, then requests a withdrawal of US$190, this will result in US$190 being returned to the player\'s casino account. The player will only be able to withdraw again once their balance either exceeds US$200 (the sum of the deposit + bonus) or once they have lost at least $90 and are therefore only withdrawing the amount deposited. Ray: ok david: before you quote bonuses are cashable i think you should get your terms amended Ray: its depend on bonus to bonus Ray: i never said that al the bonus are cashable david: well in that case it should say \'unless other stated\' david: that is a legal requirement Ray Ray: i understand david: thanks for your time Ray: but i have send you the detail of the bonus Ray: ok david: i won\'t be deposting as your terms are not clear david: thanks anyway Ray: sure Ray: \\ Ray: that is not at all a problem Ray: you have nice day david: you too david: tell your boss to get this fixed Ray: thank you david: ;) Ray: ok

Captain Jack Casino would not give a $50 No Deposit Bonus. They asked for a deposit and when I said no, I signed up to first play the no deposit bonus they refused to offer any.
