This casino is anything but it’s name. It’s not superior. It’s actually the opposite of superior. The withdraw process is horrible and the withdraw limits are a joke. This site glitches and kicks you off any time I get any features. It is not a casino to play at if you are playing to win and actually cash out your winnings. This is one of the bad casinos in my book I will not be putting my money in there any more!

this casino is ok they have some games i havent seen on a lot of casinos. the wins are not that great though. i never cashedout here so i cant say if they pay or not or how long they take to pay out. customer support is lacking a lot here they are no where near the best if you need help. i wont be spending any money here not one of my favorite casinos by far.

This casino has a nice roster of games and they include some progressive jackpot slots too. Regardless of how promising it may seem, I can't deny the fact that there are just too many problems in the site. Also, the bonuses are too basic and the deposit limit is too small. It's just really laggy.

You need to be on a desktop site I had the same issue and just figured it out a few minutes ago and created an account. So on your phone just click the drop down menu at the top left and check the box that says desktop site and the page will reload and your good to go on creating an account. Hope that helps. I couldn't find an answer to this issue anywhere.

superior casino is basically the average casino in my opinion. The games are fun but a lot of the other casinos also have the same games. I have never cashed out here but that’s because I have never won enough to even try to attempt to cash out. I am on their email list and I wish they would send more promotions. Mix things up a bit. Not really sure if I’d recommend this casino to family or friends.

Despite its ambitious name, Superior Casino is actually mediocre at best. It has a good platform and selection of games despite having limited game provider partners and I can play using Bitcoin. Unfortunately, the max withdrawal limit is only a missly $500 (0.000024 BTC).

As far as aesthetics go a lot similar to other older rival casinos. Pretty basic set up. The superior group of casinos are some of the only Rival casinos I have yet to be able to cash out at. Despite playing at all of them at one time or another. Most of them several times. I just can't seem to have any luck. Their high WR might have some to do with it but I have also made clean deposits with out any luck as well.

This casino started off ok, until it came time to cash out the first time and I learned there was a limit on the amount that new users could cash out. The limit on how much you can cash out as a new user is really low. Unless you have deposited thousands, they aren't going to let you cash out very much.

The bonus of $50 free chip (exclusive to LCB members I think) was great, very generous. The games load fast and don’t overheat my phone (lol) but I found most of the games I tried were a bit tight, maybe just my luck on the day. Medusa, ...money, and another one with a queen of the nile theme were as stingy as a spinster aunt at Christmas. Pegasus was much more generous or perhaps only slightly more generous but also had very unique and fun features. Just like their other casinos - 24VIP Casino and 888 Tiger Casino - Superior Casino requires players to give them their bank account numbers and routing numbers for so-called "verification" purposes, even if the player only uses bitcoin for deposits and withdrawals. Think "e-mail scam" type practices here, ask yourself why they would need that information (your identity can be proven with your driver's license) and imagine how a vast database of players personal bank account numbers could be used around the world. Whether or not there is anything unscrupulous going on, we should all be trained/training ourselves to protect our information better than that.

Great casino with decent bonuses. Players must however not get confused with the wagering which was my mistake. A bonus wagering of 30 x is not the same as a (d+b) x 30. When wagering deposit + bonus your wagering is effectively 60 x on that bonus. Great selection of games and good offers in their promotions lobby. This quickly changed from a favorite casino to an avoided one. New management maybe but changes have come. The bonus wager requirements are higher, the bonuses were added without asking, and the occasional small bonuses for depositors have disappeared. I tried speaking with support about the issues but they repeated the same scripted lines without actually responding to anything I asked them. I’ve found better options.

superior was ok, once I switch back to edge browser because on the brave browser, it didnt load properly, anyhow superior casino was quite alright ,no problem claiming the 10 no deposit bonus, justed pop by cashier and bonus offers, on the whole on the 10 noeposit starting playing slot, had 2 £9 drops, and only problem with me is with the games programs, I prefer the NET AND microgaming sites, that's all my issue is with the site thank you andrew

Superior Casino is a decent online casino that I have used. But, so far, I see nothing "superior" about this casino. I have lots of fun here since most of their slots are my faves..I have to kinda agree with a person that mentioned the payout time. I agree especially when I had a 500$ win and ende up reverisng it and it took a while of ups and downs but eventually lost it. I do blame myself but on the other hand if it wasn't already almost 3 days into it before I got a request for documents. It was a btc w/drawl so I didn't think I needed to.. I will go back though. i never use bitcoin now its just a place for storage for me. what will happen eventully is if u use bitcoin you will go on a winning streak and then u will bet larger amounts and then u will win and they will refuse to pay u. they can think of 100 things for them not to pay u and then ur screwed. if u used a credit card u can atleast get ur deposits back and u break out even instead of losing ur deposits.

Ridiculous, after playing here a couple times I finally won enough to get a cashout! I was excited and entered my bitcoin details seeing as it claims to be an instant withdrawal. After, waiting I finally go talk to chat and they tell me I need to be verified, and then after successful verification, it will take 2-7 business days! So much for instant, looks like it will take about 2 weeks to get a Bitcoin withdrawal. Not sure why this casino is on the top 5! Insane!

I made my first deposit at any rival at this casino. I lost it but managed to cash out a freebee they gave me. I cashed out via bitcoin on Oct 19th and sent in my docs right away and they were approved. I asked in chat about payment this morning and talked to Irving. I was told payout takes 2 to 7 business days once docs are approved. I will wait but am really going to have a hard time giving them anymore of my money. Seven days on a bitcoin payout is ridiculous.

It is good to have a reliable casino with Rival slots. Upgrading my review on this casino. They've added a bunch of new slots and the older one's don't seem to be as money hungry as they always were. They offer a live dealer room on the downloaded version. I can't find where the tourney room is on this site so I can't speak on that. All in all it should be played at on a free deposit bonus or spins bonus before depositing. Worth taking a look.

This site will use ALL of their time stated in their TC for withdrawal. Just FYI, so if you read "If a player deposits with a credit card he/she is required to have a security form documents in order to process a cash-out, and there may be a waiting period of up to 10 days before withdrawal is processed." Realize that it will be 10 days, not a second sooner. Also that's business days, so no weekends. Every withdrawal ive seen from this casino uses the maximum amount of time that their TandC allows.

At first, Superior seemed like a good choice, plenty of bonuses and good game selection. Reviewing the T & C they state 10,000 per week allowed cashout. So when I won almost $5,000 I was not very happy to learn I was only allowed $500 per day, up to $2,000 per week. When I asked about the 10k stated in the T&C I was told I didn't qualify for that. Straight up lies from where I'm sitting. The only good thing was they did have the 1,000 within a few days.

Superior Casino after perusing through them seems to have quite a good selection of deposit bonuses at rather low roll over. Some rival power casinos bonuses are upwards of 50x plus playthrough, and as much as 100x for no deposit bonuses.The 15x deposit + bonus rollover bonuses look quite good, space and are very easily makeable amongst the vast amount of medium variance slots that rival provides. I'm surprised at their bonuses are gone so though somebody better jump on these things before they take them away.

Does casino alright I'm still having a hard time figuring out the tournament which is not your average typical tournament. They said I had an account from several years ago and I didn't know so I asked them to cancel it so that I could just use my LCB account and they were happy to do so and said that after about 15 minutes I should be able to use the promotions from LBC needless to say I've been able to get in and use the promotions but I'm still I'm trying to figure out the tournament situation I guess there's supposed to be a $10 chip in my promotions box but I haven't gotten to my laptop yet to see if it's there because it is apparently not available on mobile. I'll let you all know how it goes! I went on to the desktop site after downloading the casino and the $10 chip for the tournament still isn't in my promotions like they said it would be. Starting to get aggravated and I hope this turns around. I'm contacting customer service again now and will keep you updated as to whether or not they do what they said they would and add the tournament check to my promotions like they said they would when they cancelled my old account from years ago that I didn't even know I had. Besides the tournament not working for me and showing up as an option and promotions like it's supposed to, the no deposit bonus also didn't work like they said it would and so I am pretty upset with them about that and hope to have this resolved tonight when I contact them. If anyone here in the US plays, you'll love this casino. Of course, when you lose it sucks, but when you win they are quick. Instant payouts in like 2 to 4 days. I really wanted to love this casino because of the great promotions they offer, however I have been waiting for two withdrawals to be processed for 20+ days now and am starting to doubt I will ever receive my money. I have emailed them all the requested documents, which they confirmed receipt of, and also completed a "phone verification". When I contact support they tell me my withdrawals are "being processed", but that they have no idea when this will actually be completed. If I were any of you please be aware of unethical practices with this casino, my husband and I were advised that we were both able to register just to send in all the security documentation, so we did. We deposited multiple times and finally both of us won my husband had a request for a cashout of 500 dollars and I had 1600 in my account, in the middle of me playing they cut me off and locked my account, they then came back and said we were blacklisted and a threat to their casino and we were not allowed to play there any longer and they forfeited all of out winnings and never paid my husband, they took out deposits but when we won they refused to pay and no the defamation of character started!!! played yesterday with the signup bonus and then went in it for $25 taking a 400% bonus. i liked the fact that the playthrough wasnt 60 or 80x like some of the rival sites are. i ended up with quite a large bankroll and i was probably finished with the requirements to withdrawal but i never really do that i just pay to play it seems however the games paid good for me and support was right there and polite so overall i cant complain up to that point but again i didnt test the withdraw process for everyone sorry for that "/

My experience with Rival casinos is quite good. At one of them i was able to withdraw and no deposit winnings. I dont know why ratings of these casinos are so low. So i have joined Superior because of no deposit at first. I lost it. And after long time i cameback here and made my first deposit. But without bonus because they have strange requirements, and very big bonuses and i a min doubht about posibility to wager them. so i was playing here my favourite rival slot Pigksin payout. I won good amount for me and asked to withdraw. Next day they asked me via email to send documents, i send them in the same day they approved and after two days i have got my winnings. So everything is fine with them. By the way i love that girl at the casino background:) Best wishes to her:)

Superior Casino got my attention with the 400% welcome offer and the very generous free chip but the Rival games was the counter attack on my temptation so i forgot about the 400% and thought why not have a shot at the no deposit bonus and in the event of successfully wagering the bonus then i would perhaps deposit , withdraw and then deposit minimum and take up the 400% after all with a minimum deposit but alas it was not meant to be because as usual the dreaded Rival no deposit bonus was far far out of my wagering reach but it was worth a try

Pending period 72 hours, and ewallet cashout instant is really not true. Never instant, i didnt withdrwal but i know from other reviews it isnt instant... Bonuses are big but hard playthrough...Well, if you want play rival, there are better casinos then this one, i dont think this is a trusted casino, you will 100% get problems if you try to withdrawal a bigger amount of money.

Superior Casino is reportedly one of the few solid Rival casinos left among what has sadly turned out to be a multitude of shady operators. I've played here two or three times with no deposit bonuses, including one $100 free chip I won in a Facebook competition. Unfortunately I have yet to withdraw and the offers here are poorer than those at other sites with the same software but, based on my experience and the lack of complaints, I may consider depositing with or without a promotion.

Beside RockBet is Superior casino also has a nice look, very easy to slide through the menu etc. I have been a member for give or take 3 years. In these 3 years I have made a couple deposits and unfortunately no winnings were involved but they were very generous with free chips now and then. I do remember playing at Vegas Regal, you can earn loyalty points by playing with the free chips but nowadays this is not the casy anymore and this apply also to Superior Casino. I have stopped with making deposit at this casino because I don't feel that this casino brings me any luck.

The Casino Superior has an Exclusive deal with LCB players, so I naturally had to see the offer. The site looks a bit fancy, but better than crappy design I have seen on other sites. Once you get there, you will be surprised by the amount of bonuses available, and if anything, you will have a hard time to read it all quickly. Not a complaint definitely, since there are some serious bonuses available. Starting from 100$ Bonus on the first Deposit, up to $1000, 150% Bonus on the second deposit up to $900. After that, you get the Premium Reloads. 75% for the first Reload after the first two deposits, up to $1,500, 55% Bonus for the second Reload up to $1,100 and 50% Bonus up to $500. HARD DISCOUNTS TO the nd bonus coupond they drastically reduced the 25 no deposit free chip to 20 on their website to read well people 15 after your registration and login this is unfair practice for me but by the way the important thing is that you have to know that is not 25 but 15 AFTER TAXES (10 ARE THE WAITER TIP)
