I see so many of these similar Real Time Gaming casinos. The terms are shady and the game play rarely ever hits. Most times if you actually do hit and go to cash out they will find some sort of reason why you breached some crazy term and are not able to cashout. I definitely do not recommend playing here

Played only with 40$ no deposit bonus. Maybe it's not my day, regardless on fact that's i tried everything. Switching games, play on min bet per spin, taking a break... So the games are good and spin well but when I go to the cashier tab nothing comes up. I’m not able to make a deposit (played a free code before). Not sure what the problem is… I also checked out their coupons and the play through is 40x-50x on them all which is very high. Do not recommend playing with a bonus. Things started out pretty good. I played independent of any bonus, using my own $. Focused on 2 of my favorite games. I was doing quite well. Closed out of games and requested withdrawal on $1,000. That’s when the problems began. Quite a lot of documentation required. But I’m used to that. Different staff were contacting me about my documents. Then I was asked to resend. Ultimately, any chat request would keep me wait very long. It’s been23 days and still no $$. They keep saying checks come in batches and I should be in the next batch. Except, I didn’t ask for payout to be by check. Asked for bank transfer. Disappointed. That win was to have been Christmas gifts. Plus, no one with LVusa will get back to me when I try Chat. I sit there and wait, wait, wait. Tonight, I was on their chat for 1 hour. Suppose to be transferred to Withdrawal Support specialist. Never showed up. Any suggestions?

Redemption of the 20 free play was effortless. Games are fun as it is an rtg platform of course. From my experience the games in this casino do not pay. I’ve made 15 deposits and never once withdrew. The games play unfairly I wouldn’t give them a single dime. This casino is not legitimate and is clearly out just to take your hard earned money. Stay away from these guys!!!!

I have made several deposits here and no issues. But if you plan on a “quick” payout process, go elsewhere. I requested a minimal withdrawal, just to actually see if they were legitimate and the process was almost SIX weeks. I will not be playing here any longer. Too long of a wait for a few hundred bucks.

I did receive a payout from them but it did take about 5 weeks for me to get this by mail.
They have a live casino but the video does not work. So you only see a faceless avatar. I have tried all options to fix this problem with no success. Also, there are no slots tournaments showing up for me. And my second payout request was denied without explanation given although have requested an answer several times. So I will be depositing any more funds.

I was introduced to rtg casinos by my brother. My wife and I both created accounts not realizing that this would get me banned. That was over 8 yrs ago. Last month I contacted the casino to see if there was any way to clear up my account and delete any other accounts. They looked into it and stated that that wouldn't be an issue. After giving them my info and updating my address I was told this would apply to sister casinos also. So, I've been depositing thinking everything was fixed. I noticed that I was still not able to log into sun palace casino so I contacted them via live chat. They told me I was banned. I told them that I was told everything was cleared up and was able to log into Las Vegas USA and had even made a couple deposits. I asked if my deposits were more like donations. My response......chat was closed. And was once again banned from all casinos related to Las Vegas USA with no answers. I feel that is a shady thing to do. Obviously there security dept have no standard procedures and no communication. I'm still trying to figure out why one day I was told everything was fixed. Just to find out I had made deposits that would have been voided if I had won. Don't use this casino. I feel ripped off now. My I.P. Is blocked now, so I can't even contact any of the casinos via live chat to find out what is going on.

Run of the mill RTG. No big downfalls or positive aspects to separate from the RTG pack. If you are looking for an RTG casino than this is one to check out. Have fun.

I won $25. but yet another RTG site they got to come up with something better its pointless having 20plus sites that all offer the same thing.. I tried them out and don't really like the style. The typical RTG match bonuses. Threw 50$ on there and tried my luck with the 400% match bonus. All i have to say is this casino doesn't have shit on hookers and cocaine. Dunno if the RnG for me was shit but i mean damn.....

Requested withdrawal of $1000 on July 12th 2020 - Support denied the withdrawal as when they deducted the extra winnings from my account once I hit play through they didn't deduct the $125 bonus amount at the same time. Then they re-requested for the $875 right then and their. I was like, ok I can live with that since their site says bitcoin withdrawals are in most cases processed within 48 hours. Three days later I hit up withdrawal support and they said I needed to do verification paperwork and send it in with the usual copy of ID and current bill. Did that and asked when the payout would be ready - agent said it would be on their next 3rd party payers batch. So it went from 48 hours to now five days waiting. SO..I hit up support again and they said next batch but they didn't know when that batch would run. This went on for three more weeks - after repeated chat sessions I was getting really sick and tired of the same excuses.. next batch - they will NOT tell you anything - I got my payment on August 10th and never went back. A month waiting for winnings where you cannot use another bonus and can't deposit without risking your winnings is a total deal breaker. The reps were nice but it did not make it worth the wait at all. Going through the exact same BS with one of their sister casinos right now - Lucky Hippo - had I known they were both run by the same corporate I would not have opened my account at lucky hippo.

Being a casino that pays eventually is not good enough anymore I remember praying for these guys right after I turn 21 and as someone who spoke before below was just happy to receive my winnings that's how bad the online casino industry was for a USA player to enter you were just happy to get paid eventually and that doesn't cut it anymore -2.8

The free chip no deposit bonus is super generous but 70x play through is crazy high and kinda sours the fun. The chance to try out the games and what not was fun but I don't know that I would go out of my way to play here.

Really like the fact that this site offers a decent free chip to test the games and see how tight the slots are. That being said the slots are very tight! Also, two week to process a withdrawal is honestly insane to me. There are better casinos with way lower minimum withdrawal requirements that pay out within 3 days. I'd play there before I'd play somewhere like this

After meeting all the playthrough requirements for a no deposit bonus and sending in all verification documents twice and multiple conversations with casino support, i discovered that before cashing out any no deposit bonuses, they require you to make a deposit and meet another playthrough amount set for your deposit. Staff was unknowledgeable and unfriendly. be careful

Las Vegas USA Casino was one of the first RTG Casinos I played at, I never won much and because of this I thought all other Casinos would be like this. Not a bad casino, but nothing stands out to me. I think there are better RTG options for USA players, but I certainly have no complaints about them. I have not made a withdrawal or deposit with this casino though, so keep that in mind if you are reading this review. I would have to play here more before I can recommend them. Still they seem legit, and I have heard positive things.

Las Vegas Casino offers a great layout which is easy to navigate. I do enjoy the variety of slots, table games, and my favorite video poker. Payouts are simple and relatively quick. Customer service is top notch in my opinion. This is one of the first online casinos I visited and continue to frequent. I have had tons of loose slots and many poker wins. Give this casino a try.

there a good casino. they offered some bonuses for me and i won amazingly. i was like this is awesome i can quit my job. so after i received my payout. i tried to deposit again i wasnt able to get a bonus with my deposit. so i played with my own money and lost it and then stopped playing there. its not fair for them to terminate ur bonus when ur winning.they dont terminate people bonuses when they lose. wheres the equality.

Much to my surprise they did in fact award me with the free $20.00 ND Chip so was stoked with that. On the negative, i thought i would try the download version but every time i clicked within the casino, Malware popped up. Very annoying and time consuming and disruptive. Their customer service (although not always available) has been quick in response and they were willing to work with me on correcting my account so I could cash-out! Its not a bad casino with bonuses and many games but the support sometimes is very slow and i mean like really slow it can take a lot of time like 3 or maybe even more days for a answer sometimes.The withdrawal time is so long you will probably wont even have patience to wait here.The layout doesnt look very attractive aswell i would avoid this casino myself but that is only my personal preferences.I like casinos that have more providers and faster cashout times.Good luck all.

I have to be honest here. Two to three months has been the typical withdraw window with them for me for about the past year, which is why I am giving them a 1. Support takes days or even weeks to respond to emails. Live chat is ok when you can actually find anyone online to chat with. There are better, faster paying casinos out there. Sure, they might improve their service, but until they are able to pay out in a reasonable timeframe, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Las Vegas USA is a good casino if you can wait for a long withdrawal time. They pay out at max $1000 per 4~6 weeks. They don't give free spins/chips on a regular basis and the withdrawal limit of the free bonuses are very small like $50~100 only. But, their match bonuses are just great, probably, the best percentage and amounts among the credible RTG Casinos. I did play here but due to extra charges on my deposits I needed to stop.Also the min deposit is not 20 $ but 25 $ and the more you deposit the more the transaction costs. they will give you the over charge back but it is too time consuming getting bank records for them. They really have to make the deposits easier for USA.

For a long time this casino was on the top 10 list. I'm not sure this casino should be on that list. They have the slowest payouts I've ever seen. I won 11/25/16 it's now 01/04/17 and still no payment. I hear the same thing over and over when I talk to finance department. I could see if it was a lot of money but come on $350.00 is not a lot. Can others tell me if there having problems to. Or rep tell me when I'll get my money. I got approved 3 weeks ago.

This casino has a lot of potential but it lacks good customer service. The one thing that sets good casinos apart from ok ones is the support. Games are nice payouts, well not so great. Very few coupons or bonuses.

on MAY 3rd problems with deposits. I was told to use another deposit method. It was way too aggravating trying to play there. I gave up after the last transaction was denied I hope this casino is not going to close . I did have a bad experience in the past with another casino in which some of these problems occurred first. I will be watching and checking status of this casino.

I played in Old Havana casino, which is a sister casino to Las Vegas Usa, and I actually enjoyed my experience there. I made 2 deposits of 10$ and did not withdraw anything, but this is my mistake as I got up to 100$ and didn't even try to withdraw :D I just love it that the min deposit is only 10$, because the RTG casinos I usually play in have a min deposit of 35$ and that seems a bit high. They should work on their payout system !!! Processing a withdrawal for two weeks long, especially to e-wallets - This is not normal !!

It's not like the real Las Vegas but still is very fun to play at. I so far have tripled my $50 I deposited with a no restriction bonus. I really enjoy some of the progressive slots offered. They seem to be fair and generous at times. I usually play video poker and do well. The single hand and 3 handed are the only games I recommend. There seems to be more flushes, full houses, and better on these. I would recommend to anyone who wants to play online.

They need phone lines for their customer service. I just left playing a group of casinos after three years of dedicated playing, the 24hour phone for customer service makes a huge difference. I left after three years because I felt that they were taking me for granted. 1,500 a mo the for three years they should be kissing my ass! So u switched over just just recently and really miss the phone access. Also you need to lower your play through on deposit bonus, $6000 on a $50 bonus is rather difficult and I have never played where you cannot see a running tally if your remaining play through , that's how it is in Mobil site anyway.

It's my third comment on this casino. As i told they dont want to pay my winning with no deposit bonus. They continue to delay already 4 months. I send all the documents-it were accepted. They even called me to my mobile phone to check me. As i understand they 100% are sure that i'm not one of the cheaters, but they just continue to create new stories. It's just 125 dollars, so i can imagine where is a problem,are they going to lose their business of this?:) They say that my withdrawal request is under review. 4 months?! So... I was trying to talk with them every week about my winnings withdrawal. Support always was repeating the same, that they are doing the investigation of my account. And finally last week i have got email... They wrote me that they were trying to connect me by my mobile phone but with no succsess. And they explained that this call is for verification. Ok... I was checking my phone maybe i have missed a call, but there wasnt any international call. So it means that they are telling not true... I answered them that i will take a call in any time but they not calling me... But i hope that i will get finally my 125 dollars:)

Well well well... there's nothing good to say about this casino at the moment. I love no deposit bonuses because it's a perfect way to know are you able to trust them or no. So at this casino i won from my no deposit bonus and asked to withdraw my winnings. After two weeks they asked to send documents. I did it and they accepted. And after that i'm waiting already two weeks once again. Week before i wrote them what's going on and they answered that my withdrawal is postponed because someone from my country(Lithuania) are cheating. I made one deposit using the welcome first deposit bonus code. I didn't win but I did have fun because I enjoy playing RTG games. I completed the "customer satisfaction survey" and sent my response via regular email and in game email but had no response for abut 4 working days. I finally logged in at a good time when live chat was online (customer support is not available 24/7). Live chat helped me claim the $10 non deposit bonus for my completion of the "customer satisfaction review". The $10 bonus chip went by so quick! I couldn't believe it!! Is it bad luck or just a tight casino?? I bet the lowest amount and I didn't' even have a win of more than my bet amount. My balance plummeted to nothing within 3 minutes! I will play elsewhere from now on..

I love this casino. I signed up probably 5 years ago. I've never had a problem with this casino. The deposit bonuses aren't that great. Customer service has always been very helpful and on top of things. I've made a couple of withdrawals from here over the last couple of years and have never had a problem. Everything went smooth. My experience overall with them is top notch. I recommend them to anyone.

I’ve played here quite a bit and made many deposits and I also have had no luck winning here. There slots seem to be I guess what you would call tight, don’t really ever hit any thing. They do have good customer service though and some decent bonuses. I have not had the opportunity to cash out here yet, but I have never really read anything about anyone ever having a problem cashing out here, the problem is just trying to ever win anything here. I really have no complaints, they seem to be an ok place so far

Hi pmutts, Thank you. You are right about pending time,it's 2 weeks. Max cash out depends on the players class. For example,for the "Regular" players max cash is $1000,but for the "Diamond" players is $5,000.

I played there only once but won't play again. Tried to claim free bonus but couldn't because all of their bonuses are meant for USA and I think Canadian (but could be wrong) players. I don't like casinos that I am good to play with my money but never good enough for free stuff.

i had recenly opened my account at this casino and claimed my sign up no deposit bonus , i had won initially had more than 100$ but couldnt make the playthrough may be i wasnt in a mood to play for whole night other wise from that position i normally make my playthrough and cashout with no deposit bonuses. still i liked this casino. dont know much about their payout %.

I have played at LV USA and all the Main Street Vegas Casinos. Like most, because I'm American. I have had a few good runs in their casinos. The bonuses are pretty good but wagering requirements are high. One positive thing is you are allowed to play most games with although they will count only as 25 - 50 cents per dollar wagered. Their Customer Service is pretty good. My main complaint is that all withdrawals sit in pending status for about two weeks before processing. And worse, there is a maximum weekly withdrawal of $1000, LCB Site review says maximum withdrawal is $5000 weekly but this is incorrect. If you happen to hit big, you better have enough discipline and will power to leave it in pending and reversable status for many weeks before receiving full payment at $1000 per week and you won't see the first payment for about two full weeks. I think LCB needs to correct this information on the site reviews for this group as it it crucial information.

I've been playing at Las Vegas USA Casino, but deposit tons and tons of cash without actually win anything, I've read that RTG soft can play trick and that you can reduce the payout easily after time I release that maybe they could set it so that I had no chance of winning big.

I think this is an average casino, I had spent some time here and like some of the games and the deposit bonuses were good but wagering requirements are almost impossible to reach. The customer support was helpful but withdrawals are slowly proceed in about two weeks which is not good enough for me.

I give this casino a 3 star rating just because it has Las Vegas in its title which should be known to the world as where gambling all started and without it it would just be something else.

I have played here many times over several years. It is quite a good group that treats the player well. A few years ago they had a fairly long wait to get your withdrawal and the only way to get that withdrawal was by check. Now I am told that the withdrawal process has improved but still just by check or direct deposit to your bank. For me, the limited withdrawal options are unacceptable and so I will continue to play at casinos that understand that withdrawal options must be as convenient for the player as for the casino.

I tried out Las Vegas Casino because it seemed to be reputable casino from the Real Time Gaming, although I have heard various comments about this casino, mostly not very good. And because they offer LCB20 no deposit bonus.))) I played for a long time and have fun, but didnt win. This time unlucky. But Im always happy to play RTG casino. :)

Hi Again Well I have good news about receiving my winnings. I received my check on 2/21/2014 . I had no problems cashing the check. My confidence in this casino group has been restored. The payment took a little longer then I liked , but I will continue to use this casino and the other casinos in there group (Old Havana,Sun Palace Vegas online).

Hard to find USA allowed casino, but there's some RTG's which do so, one of them is Las Vegas USA, wisely selected casino name :). Was about try this one for free, but was noticed that only Canadians and USA players could accept that promo from LCB, so decided to wait till more countries gonna get NDB offer too. Site is simple and nothing special, but easy to download or even try to play instantly - just with less games for that option. Ok so I was attempting to make a deposit at the casino today, and of course using my MC they said I needed to call customer service to confirm deposit. No problem, I could not hear the woman on the other end and after trying to listen to her quiet voice, she goes and yells at me stating " you dont need to yell at me" I am sorry, but if I cannot hear you and your asking me to correct my information and snap back that I do not need to yell at you, I will deposit my money elsewhere! Rude Customer Service. I will never deposit in a place where they have bad or rude customer service, it reflects very badly at a casino. Especially when its a customers money transaction and not a free bonus.

The main reason I played this casino is that they accept US players (and Canadians as well), so I planned the sessions with some friends from there. I wasn't that impressed with the site, as I have seen some far better looking, but I was there for the games, not the site. Even so, It looks a bit pretentious, but once you get past all that, it gets better. The games are provided by RTG, a name I have seen on some of the most popular casinos around. Some of the games look better then other, but all in all, I was happy with that I've got, specially because I actually won some nice cash. I thought that the WR for no deposit bonus was a bit high (70xbxd) but I made it through, and the withdraw process was painless and quick. Can't say much about the customer service, because I never contacted them, but I will keep my eyes open.

To be honnest I've spend more then 1,000$ as well at this casino and never see big win, I can see little 100$ from time to time but nothing that would make me jump. I was able in the second hand to get to support and ask them for some free chips witch they gladly offer me nicely, but after time got tied of it and stop playing at this casino. It's nice to join a casino and get reward but after years of playing you don't really win anything you had no choice of dropping from it and not deposit anymore. I was at some point more frustrating that enjoying because I never see win that I can withdraw, 200$ 300$ just to proceed with a withdraw and deposit more. Over time I was losing, losing, and not winning crap. I can't say they're bad casino, I never had any problem with my demand but wasn't not happy because the win wasn't what I was expecting to see, I know we can't win all the time, but real depositor players need to get the trill at some point, it's useless if you deposit and lose it in a matter of minute. Hi Well it looks like I am going to start off my first decent win ($1000) of the new year with problems. On Monday 02/03/14 I used a bonus code with a %100 match $1000 max cash out at Las Vegas USA. Normally the Main Street Casino Group is a little tight with a 40X play through. I still like playing with their casinos because they seem to have 3-5 rating at most review sites. I also trusted them because when they launched Old Havana Casino I won a $500 cash out the first time I played there.. ! also received a check in hand with in 7 business days. This win of $1000 is starting to worry me. On Tues 2/4/14.I sent the paperwork necessary for my payment. I got an e-mail later that afternoon stating they had received all my paperwork they requested. Now its just a matter of waiting 5-7 business to get my check. So I think. Then on Friday 2/7/14 to my surprise I get a e-mail telling me they can not process my check until they get a verbal verification of my information. All the years I have played and cashed out at casinos never has a casino received all my paperwork then contacted me several days later for a verbal verification. Well I of course call them and they just wanted my mailing address and phone number. So I am pissed that 3 business days have just been wasted and I am a little suspicious about what is really going on. Then on 2/11/14 I send an e-mail in the mourning asking for an update. I get a response on 2/12/14 telling me this. We have experienced an unusual amount of payments traffic lately and the limitations in terns of number of approved events per week imposed by the payment providers have created a backlog , but rest assured that your winnings will honored at the earliest. We will notify you once we receive confirmation from our third party payment providers that your payment is processed. Well the only thing I get from that response is we don't have your money now and not sure when we will sorry, but don't worry you will get paid sooner or later. It really makes me made that the casinos on line have your money in just seconds.but when it time to pay out they always have some bullshit why you need to wait. I really hope this is not another casino group going under. I will keep you updated on my winnings.
