I began with a nice amount in my balance. This would be a nice long play to try and complete the play through, or so I thought. At first I bet a little over the minimum and hit the feature a few times only. I then switched to the minimum bet amount and continued to play throughout my whole balance. I only hit the feature twice and I didn't even have a good come out from it. I am very disappointed in my game time here. Thank you for the chance to try out your casino but I won't be depositing here in the future. This casino is way too tight. Perhaps I was just plain unlucky but this try out had made it plain clear to me that this casino will just suck your balance without hope.

i use to play a lot at this casino with their no depsoit bonuses and small deposits but then i won 400$ and i made a withdrawal request and they took more then 40 days to complete my withdrawal. after that their donwloaded version also disappeared , i tried to down load again n again but their casino doesnt open on my computer , i contacted them they asked me to uninstall and download again that i had done already many times , they couldnt understand either , actually they keep on offering no deposit bonuses so i wanted to play there .

I've been a member at Win Palace for about a year and I can agree, so far I haven't faced any problems with them, however, I know the reason for that- I have played there only with free chips, I have never made a single deposit there because I've read numerous complaints and unresolved cases and I didn't want to become one of the members that don't get paid. I like their promotions but I don't even think I will play there again so I most likely don't recommend to deposit there. Support is good though, they are always very nice.

I have read all kinds of negative things about these guys but personally I have never had a problem with them. They have good customer service and decent bonuses, but I have never cashed out here before so that I can’t speak for.

Really dodgy outfit, theres so many of these clip shot joint real time gaming casinos around that its hard to find a trustworthy one full stop, and sadly you won't find it here. Treat their bonus money as fun cash - you will very likely never get paid if you take any no deposit offers here, and even the deposit match offers are basically designed to steal your money. Forget it...

Another super dodgy RTG casino, I struggle to understand how RTG can think it is a good idea to let so many untrustworthy operators run these scam operations using their software, its obviously not doing their reputation any favours. As usual with such places if you choose to play here you will struggle to get paid, especially if you have used one of their frequent bonus offers along the way - these offers are often laden with predatory terms and conditions specifically designed to entrap players. There really is no good reason to waste your time playing somewhere like this and if you do, theres no help available anywhere when things inevitable go wrong.

Oh and I forgat to mention by the time I won 2000 the bonus was 1200 so I got to keep 800 pretty pitiful! Besides I was offered bonuses codes all the time but only rear free comps I always had to ask for them!!it kills me when they ask you oh you did have fun playing wright? If I want to play for fun I wouldn't play with real money!i would play for fun !for serious players we deposit b/c we want to win enentualy!!i wouldn't mind speaking with VIP host in terms of me not depositing there no more. I am VIP at this casino due to time and money I had spend playing.the payouts are made up I manage to win couple times never nearly to what I spend. I deposit high amounts like 250$ at pot at least 30 x before I won two thousands. As USA player I had a hard time depositing with my bank since the worried about froad so I made larger deposits to play awhile . Just betting 2 $ at times last maybe 30-40 min with bonus 350% on a top and that is the same story over and over again!! I am done trying casinos has to realize what are going trough to deposit our money !! And maybe not win but play for ur deposit awhile!! I wanted to review this casino because of the horrible experience that I had with them. It is on the list of casinos to avoid and for good reason. I bought a new computer and had not visited online casinos in years and decided to try my luck because I was receiving emails from them left and right. I asked for my username and they could not find anything. I tried several different reps for this and each time they said they could not find me in their system. So I created a new account. Played a free chip for new players and won over $1500.00. The maximum cashout was 200.00 (or something like that) and I put in for my cashout. It was in processing for over a week. I finally gave in and got ahold of chat for some information again. This time told that they were behind, but no worries, it would be sent to my online wallet in the next two days. I kept checking and nothing!!! I contacted them again and they said it would be that day. NOT!! I finally received an email stating I could not have my money because I had multiple accounts!! I went back to chat and discussed this with them, told them what I had went through to make sure I did not have an account and on and on. They would not budge and kept saying that I had multiple accounts. Unfortunately, I did not send my chat transcript to my email so I could not prove my point and learned a hard lesson about getting things in writing. I will never play there again because I have never and would never create multiple accounts for free chips. I am more than willing to give my money to a casino fair and square and would not cheat them. I expect the same from other people as well. Winpalace is not a palace, just a poor excuse for a casino. On the other side of the coin, its not laid out very well and the colors are not appealing so on all counts I do not like this casino. 0 stars on a 1 to 5 rating.

Winpalace is a nice casino. As a member, I have always been treated with VIP status. All my favorite games are there: Aladdin, Golden Lotus, Sunken Treasure, Santa's Revenge, Achilles, Honey to Bee, Red Sand, and even the poker is there. Video poker pay out is probably the best. I've hit several jack pots. I have to say, over all the experience is 8 out of 10. The only suggestion i have would be to have more bonuses and special treatment for above VIP status players. DO NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT!!! I made a deposit using VISA and as soon as I submitted my payment via Win palace live chat my credit card was charged and a screen popped up saying "the administrator has logged you off." I tried to sign back into my account, but it is now completely locked. It advises me to contact customer support which advises me to contact the finance department which conveniently does not have a phone number only an email address. I did however send three emails and called several times, but nobody will answer my questions or tell me about the money they charged my card. For now, I have to say AVOID!!

just another extremely tight casino..had $500 to play with-varied my bets between 2.50 and .50 and rarely got the bonuses-out of 8 bonuses 5 of them paid under $10 which is horrid..you know that feeling when halfway thru your losses you just know it is not going to end well..spin after spin with nothing happening..so disappointed.

I\'m very disappointed with Win Palace. I was excited to win $1600 and the withdrawel was processed quickly, but I only received $500 due to the fine print in their cash out rules. The rest was credited back to my account and I had to do another withdrawel request. Apparently it\'s at their discression to pay out any amount they see fit to new players. Players beware!!

BTW when I did my deposits (aside from the first deposit) I did not request any bonuses prior to depositing so I was playing with monies I deposited and not bonuses. I was not happy when I did ask afterwards if I can receive a \"free chip\" and was refused since I had always played with deposits and not any bonuses.

Deposited quite a few times at this casino and when I finally got in live help to see if there were \"free chips\" or \"perks\" for depositing players they said you would need to receive them prior to depositing. I have never seen a casino that did not offer a freebie for people who deposited a couple of hundred dollars. NOT a casino for players who love to play at a casino for perks.

By gaining all your winnings on restricted games, such as Blackjack, you broke the terms of the bonus. Folks, do yourself a favour and avoid this casino, if you can call it that. These games are set extremely tight, the customer service is very rude. Based on my initial deposit I played with a bankroll of $500. Usually RTG sites are fairly good with game hit frequency. NOT at Win Palace. My money was gone in less than 3 minutes. My payout ratio was 40%!! It is sites like this that cause people to chargeback. Again, avoid this site at ALL cost.
