Terms state that they reserve the right to void any wins and confiscate your balance under any circumstances. They list 10 examples but do not limit themselves to those. They can arbitrarily decide you played professionally and not for entertainment. They give themselves the right to determine if you are a bonus abuser. The Final Word

We would prefer to see their sister-site/skin follow up on all unresolved complaints, at least to give players peace of mind. However, we don't find unresolved complaints at important and well tended to player advocacy sites like LCB. Webmasters do the entire online community a disservice when they allow complaints to be posted and they aren't followed up, leaving what could be perfectly fair and reasonable businesses with gray marks on their reputations. It is also incumbent upon the entertainment providers to do their due diligence in making sure there aren't any unanswered questions out there.

We hope Mega7s will stay on top of player satisfaction in that respect because Diamond Reels really does do everything else right.
