Doubled, but I didn’t made it far overall.. In between it was Lochness what gave me some pleasure! Warm casino, zero experience with support; took the rejection of a second no deposit bonus LCB20 for granted, probably verification from e-mail or multiple redeeming what is not allowed. To be honest its a normal rtg casino. So in 2017... I won, put in the documents and they idk what happened, but regsrdless they failed to send my check and I forgot about it. So I logged in a few years later and won a bit more and put in a withdrawal request just to get denied because of inactivity.

I had to contact via chat a customer service rep who was courteous and quickly resolved my bonus issue. This is an RTG platform which is not exactly my favorite software. Sun Palace was the first casino I played among MainStreet Vegas Group. I deposited a few hundred and quickly lost them. And then, I forgot about this casino for a long time. One good point is that they don't set any max betting amount in the bonus play, and you can play card and table games with bonus, too. But, the problem is their withdrawal time. It usually takes 4~6 weeks up to $1000 at max. You will get crazy waiting for it.

Nothing different than in other clients.
Operators are withdrawable in this case , site has all rtg games and much possibilites to win much.

I’ve found this site to be very similar other than appearance to be very similar if not exactly like it’s affiliated sister casino’s, Las Vegas USA, Vegas Casino Online, and Slots Plus. I’ve played at all of them and deposited here too. They do not send a lot of mailers to me so i never really gave them much thought. Not saying i like spam but it would be nice to receive mailers very now and then.

I am a member here and really like the new design of the Casino, when you go to redeem a chip or coupon it is great, I like this better then the way it was. Sun Palace is another RTG casino that focuses more on US and Canadian players as their no deposit bonuses I've seen are meant for US and Canada only, my few conversations with their live chat has proven the same. I have played there once with a deposit and lost money quickly. They are a decent casino and I do think they are trustful but I am not a depositor there because I like to have free chips frequently and they don't offer that to me. Other than that- nothing bad.

some time when you are free or out of money you look for new no deposit bonuses , the same i was looking for a new casino with sign up no depsoit bonus i found sun palace casino , i registered and claimed my no deposit bonus , i couldnt lasr for 15 minutes even , i lost all i got from them, i dont know much about this casino, havent read much.

Ive got ND bonus. No luck at all. Standart RTG software casino. Nothing special, ;-) If you fan of RTG, you can play here, but in real, you can find better designed casino.

I have been waiting eight days to even receive the documents from the finance department for a $1,000.00 payout (coupon far beyond met). The finance department wrote back stating that they would send me documents in a few days - why didn't they send them then? My payout still has a "Requested" status. The only type of deposits that I made were through the Payment Voucher system. I am requesting a wire. I realize that their website states that it can take up to two weeks to receive payment, but a finance live chat rep said that it could take another ten days or more even after they receive my documents. Again, I have been asking for these documents since day one, but they won't give them to me early. This is extremely frustrating and I wish that someone could help.

Hello, its a pretty basic rtg, but it is the hottest casino I have ever played, I used a 50 dollar chip, and my balance is up to 900 $ in less than an hour, insane, but I am only allowed to withdraw 100$, but I will deposit my own money, as its an awesome payout casino, cheers, peace.

I retract my good review, this casino has sub par support, I used a 50 dollar bonus, and was only allowed to withdraw 100 after making the playthrough which is fine, but they explained so poorly in chat and email, exactly what was going on, after I deposited they took what they said was winnings from the bonus coupon?!! from my deposit, and have never got back to me yet to explain, there is something sketchy about this group, perhaps?

Update, I sent all my docs in to the correct finance dept. email address, they denied receiving them, I have actually never received an email from them after requesting a withdrawal on Aug. 15th. yikes not too good support

Sun Palace is part of the mainstreet casino group, who, in comparison to many RTG operations, are basically a decent and trustworthy operation. As a UK player though, you are given very poor service by this casino - they won't grant you any bonuses unless you will accept an outrageously high wagering requirement, even though the same bonus are offered to North American players under much better terms and conditions. I cannot recommend the casino because of this however you can be sure to receive reasonable support and will be paid should you win.

This site has a lot of nice qualities. What I liked the most was the fact that they offer such a wide variety of games to choose from. Here's a place you can invite your US and Canadian buddies to play with. Really nice to see that for a change. They accept UK Pounds, US Dollars and Euros, with English being the only interface language supported. You can use regular payment options, and if you register a Moneybookers account through referral link, you get another $10 bonus.
