Awful! During the sign up bonus free money you win constantly. As soon as your play through is complete, winning is nonexistent or they come up with a lie for an excuse why you cannot claim the money you rightfully won. What a joke and scam this casino is.

Very basic run of the mill casino with your average selection of games. If you've played it one of these types of casinos and you've plated them all. The layout of the website, selection of games, and customer service are all basically the same. They do have free tournaments for slot machines and such but you do need to deposit between to qualify for the winnings. I've read some bad reviews regarding the withdrawal process but haven't experienced it personally. Overall, seems fine but nothing special

Ragging bull is my favorite casino that is online hands down. I have won the most money from this casino an the staff has always treated me super good. I even politely argued about a bonus that was denied cash out an they decided to reverse there action an grant me the cash out. I will say you have to understand there rules. They are very perticular about how they operate which is there right. Yes sometimes I have waited almost a month for a 600 payout from a free promotion an yes I had to jump threw a couple of hops as they wanted to wire transfer it but I didn't have a acceptable bank to take a international transfer. This is where I think it comes down on how you go about clarifying an asking the right question politely an respectfully. It also helps if you have a account manager. I should also note that if you do win big you will be excluded from free bonus offers for a little while but hey you just hit a big one. I know some people may not like this casino but take this advice an play by there rules an take those huge bonus with no play threw or max cash out an you an I will be in on the same page that raging bull is legit an I have much love for them.

Do not waste time with RAGING BULL. I made Bitcoin depositwith a bonus. Ended up completing the playthrough requirements. When i requested my withdrawal of $93 my request took 10 days to approve. Now i have to wait a other 7-10 business days for Bitcoin transfer to go through. Total BS. i would have to sgree with many complaints of the attitude of customer service chat agents. Extremely rude and disconnect to the customers issues or concerns.

So far my experience has been the opposite. I played the free chip sign up bonus and won. $100 cash out. Made my deposit and sent my kyc. They cleared it the same day and told me to request the withdrawal. I did. They said 5 to 7 days I believe. It's been like 3 or 4. I worry about Casinos but for some reason not this one so much. In fact I just made another deposit and am about to smash on this 225% match with 15x play thru no more.

I have to update my review of this casino because something is very wrong with this casino and the RTG software on it's site. I personal believe that this casino is some how disconnecting some of these games from the RNG program and reprograming the slot games to a RTP% of .1%. Someone should really investigate this casino and it's sister casinos. And my experience with this casino and the games they have reprogramed didn't cost me any of MY money. I was sent a free 200.00 chip and then a 400.00 chip. And never had a hit on the slots played above 5.00. And I played RTG slots that are historically known to have a RTP% of at least 98%.

This casino is the absolute worst. Customer service always has a wait and when they say you're sixth or eighth in the queue it could be an hour wait. Normally I'd bail but when you have a withdrawal pending and you want to know what's going on, you Wait. All of the time I've put into finding out what the heck is going on, if you gauge it based on what I get paid at work, they owe me twice what I've won. I hope the withdrawal process is the end of this casino because people don't deserve to get fleeced like this. They leave themselves so many loopholes to deny. I've been told 5 business days and 7 business day. I requested the withdrawal on 3/19 and was told 5 business days. One service rep apologized and said they would escalate. Everyone else has been like whatever, I Said what I Said..... Next! Terrible business model to delay payment. That's why people come back. To win and GET PAID. Update... It's 4/17/2024 and I reached out to check on the deposit twice. BOTH times they wanted the BTC address and because I didn't have it I had to provide a new one resetting the clock giving them an additional 24 hours. I will NEVER let anyone I know give these crooks money EVER. This is the most garbage policy I have ever encountered. It's only 300 but I will be so vocal about it on every site so that nobody ever goes through this for what's supposed to be a FUN experience because they suck every bit of fun out of it and make it absolutely MISERABLE.

Raging bull seemed like they were trying to come up. I feel like thier biggest issue is auto denial of payouts. With some determination, one can get their withdrawal, but who wants to jump through hoops without knowing they get thier funds? Been waiting on my withdrawal since November 25, 2023. This is outrageous!! I deposited here one time, played through my balance, then I claimed a NDB, met the required playthrough, put a request in for the withdrawal and they denied it. I have yet to play there since. I would not recommend any other players risk playing here either.

is there a casino rep for this casino group? I actually enjoy these casinos but I get so frustrated with the lack of basic casino knowledge the management and employees have. I was warned prior to playing at the casino that if you play with an all rules bonus, the casino employees and management do not understand that the games have weighted contribution. Slots always contributes 100% to the playthrough and blackjack is usually 66.6% which is equal to 40x slots 60x blackjack. my roommate said that she had a $500 free chip. 30x slots 50x blackjack. the playthrough was 15,000. These people cannot under any circumstances comprehend that $500 x 30 = $15,000. $500 x (.60%) x 50+ ALSO equals $15,000. The casino believes that each wager places reduces the playthrough equally. How on earth can they be running a casino and be completely unaware of this? anyways my roommate completed her massive playthrough requested a withdrawal. they declined it told her since you played 1 hand of black jack you have to wager 25,000 so go wager 10,000 more. They don't understand math I guess because a 25,000 playthrough when you only get .60 cents for every dollar is 70x playthrough black jack and 50x for slots. I have tried to politely explain it to the vip hosts so many times. I have offered many recorded game plays. They just get mad and say if you play one hand of black jack they will add it up when yoy are done and make you wager more even though the system has already calculated the it correctly based on how each game contributed. Anyway. i recorded more game play today. I placed a $10 bet on blackjack and my playthrough was reduced by $6.60. I placed a $10 bet on slots and exactly $10 was subtracted from my playthrough. The use is on a suing rampage with these casinos. I sure hope someone at these casinos cares enough to learn how this works and contact Real Time Gaming for some training. Please please use your brain or a calculator. black jack only counts as a fraction of a bet! so 60x table and 40x slots is the same total playthrough. One more time simple math example... please pay attention casino management. 500 with 30x slots 50x table play though 15,000 $500 x 50x= 25,000 (25,000 is only 50x if the playthrough is reduced by the exact amount of each wager. WHICH IS NOT THE CASE. Since the casino does not reduce playthrough the exact amount of what is wagered and they only reduce the playthrough .60 for every $1 dollar bet on blackjack. This is the math 500 x 50=( 25,000) x .60= 15,000. Wow!!!! 15,000 is actually 50x for table AND it is 30x for slots. Took me three months to receive my Bitcoin payout that was supposed to be "instant" according to the flyer I received in the mail. And the only reason I received it when I did is because I filed a complaint about the casino. I read some of the review and the red bar warning about this casinos time to pay out. And that maybe be true I don't know I haven't waited long enough and have just ended up playing all my winnings!!! I'm new to gambling so I'm learning. But the reason I felt like adding my two cents is because I really like this site. The Vip hosts are very involved, at least they seem to be getting a personal call regarding an issue I needed settled. It was great because sometimes those that work in support cannot solve the issue. And I have never waited that long for anyone in the support Chat bot. and EVERY person i have chatted with in support has been very professional and really do know what customer service is and they go above and beyond in helping. And I personally feel you will be hard pressed to get this really good service at any place of business.

When it comes to online casinos my rule of thumb is if I have already made more than one deposit and never made any withdrawals from them I consider them scammers and exploitative. Capitalism, unfortunately, manifests exploitation, and rather than go down the rabbit hole let's get on with the review. Am not a fan. RTG games freeze often. Repeats on the same loss pattern seem like less of an actual coincidence, more like an issue worth investigating.. no matter the game played I ran into the same result. Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. And due to my having already deposited a number of times and running into the same outcome, the choice was made for my sanity. Very stingy and customer service will argue about their own policy errors. Also, they had a meerkat bonus code that details that it can be redeemed without depositing even in the small print it states "multiple bonuses...unless otherwise stated" which the advertising clearly states in writing "without depositing" (new game promotion). And after I was denied a bonus I am well entitled to especially after investing equity into this casino's operation and never having made a single withdrawal--for the "customer support" to be adamant about a depositing bonus as the only offer and option was evidence enough. Another disparaging truth about this casino is that a player can only redeem their comp points if it is the equivalent of some sum of 10,000 or something to that effect. The issue with their rule on minimum comp point redemption is: When the slots are rigged/defected/or whatever the issue is we the player do not collect any points and if any points we do manage to get it is not many to accomplish being able to cash in on them. The conversion algorithm of dollars to points evidently is scored on our wins, not our losses. I could go on and on this matter but after playing at a casino playing me I would be wrong to not advise or warn others to take their business elsewhere unless that is that you do not care and prefer to lose over actually winning and fairly.

Take note of the warning about this casino. I have played here and with other sites on their network a lot and deposited thousands of dollars. Every time I tried to withdraw they made me jump through endless hoops for account verification and stalled for time over the most minor of details. They will pay you eventually if you comply with all of their rules but wow do they take forever sometimes. For some reason I found that ragingbull is one of the faster to pay out within their network. If you make a withdrawal under 1000 expect 4-6 weeks but for the big payouts you are going to have to hound them for months before you get paid.

I had 4 withdraws all within 6 days. Before my 1st withdraw I sent all my documents in and they were verified in advance. It only took 2 weeks and several post on LCB to get it done. I had hope this would speed up the process. My first requested withdraw was on March 30. I had to wait 10 business days before it would be approved according the terms and conditions posted on Raging Bulls web site. After the 10 days I was contacted and told they needed more documents which included me holding a local newspaper with current date viewable. I provided it and nothing happened so I posted on LCB and contacted the casino red Nick. He got involved and was able to get the 1st payout approved and additional verification approved. I received my fist payout on April 21st. Then everything went silent from the casino so I started posting everyday on LCB with updates on how my case was being processed. I believe this had an impact on getting my payouts moving. I got paid on all 4 payouts and received my last one on May 20th. It only took 8 weeks and about 15 post on LCB along with 30-40 chat sessions but I did get paid. On a positive note the casino has excellent bonuses and promotions. Would I do it again yes I won $2700 in 6 days. My rating 2.5 is fair I worked hard to get paid and without the help of LCB and the rep Nick I would still be waiting. Just beware they don't make it easy to get your money.

upon receiving my bonus, i met the roll over requirements. Later attempted to withdraw from the site and and the support team responded saying a member will be with you shortly. A week later, i still got nothing. I went back a few days and still waiting for response. I was bored and ended up running my $100 to $1,200. They said payout is normally took 7-10 business days, but until today, it have passed the timeframe for days but I haven’t receive anything or any news from them yet. Oh how the mighty have fallen... I sometimes wonder how much money I could have lost by sticking to only one or two casino's for regular deposit play. Raging Bull is a perfect example of this. Im disgusted in this casino! It was my first casino i ever joined and gave my personal details to. When i joined this casino i was sitting beside my daughter in the hospital at first it was just little something to pass time. Early in the year my child sadly lost her fight against sarcoma at the age of 8 around that time i won 800 off them in which i tried to use for funeral costs but i waited much past the estimated timeframe.. On the 22nd of last month i won 1300$ of them in which i am STILL WAITING for payment. I have had my account restricted them stating i had "won" too much and i was now VIP unabled to claim any bonuses or anything i get nothing!!!! No cashbacks no bonuses no free spins. I have had big wins at raging ull however have not tried to withdraw. Most of these have been off bonses or low deposits so have simply enjoyed the games with my wins. However that said I have found I am not a huge fan of rea time gaming. Played here last year. Made two small deposits over the course of a weekend and won a $550. When I went to request my payout, I was told to send in my documents. I did and was told my payout would be processed soon. Next day I contacted support and asked about the status of my payout. I was instructed to send in KYC form with credit card scans as well. I did so. The name on my card is listed as Tim instead of Timothy which is listed on my license and was told that the information had to match EXACTLY. I explained that I have never had this issue anywhere in my life and it should not b a problem. After contacting a supervisor and explaining, they came to the conclusion that my winnings were void and removed them. I was furioussssssssssssssssss. Do NOT join this casino under any circumstances whatsoever.

I am so disappointed with these guys. I had been one of the original signups I suppose, regardless, I was in very early on to their startup and had had nothing but a very pleasant experience with them, and had very often made deposits and also very often made a few withdrawals. Then, I started noticing that I wasn't getting the free comps as often as I had been and then, and this turned out to be on the very last withdrawal would likely ever make with them, was not exactly in a "timely" manner. The withdrawals had been getting processed, on just their end, in 48 hrs but then that started to take over a week, and then even loner than that! What used to take a total of about a week had just turned into about 3 weeks. Then I started hearing even worse scenarios than that occurring in my forums. I had learned that the casino had been sold at about the time my bad experiences had started occurring. I have not gone back since then at all.

I really could say terrible, in fact, I really should say terrible. I got a $250 rewards card in the mail and in the enclosed letter, they said I should try Raging Bull, so I did. I lost every penny, in fact I couldn't win no matter what game I played or what amount I bet. When I had lost all of the $250, I logged out. I started getting emails from them, sometimes as many as five emails a day. I emailed their support, several times asking them to close my account, but not only did they not close my account, but almost four weeks later, I still get emails from them with deposit bonuses.

Loved the fluidity of the mobile app. Disliked withdrawal options, bonus terms, and the disclosure that because I lived in NJ then moved to Philly, apparently I still cannot play here. What I personally liked most about Raging Bull is fact they have all rtg games in their client skrill as a deposit method along with neteller and also credit cards. Payout still seems to be quite high if you can hit free spins or bonus games in any of their slots offered. I am only not sure about what happens if you want to payout to e-wallet , if it doesnt have to be wire or credit card only.

Raging Bull Casino or terrible with honoring the no deposit free spins bonuses. I have had 2 encounters where the free spins were not accepted. Most recently, I claimed the 140 Free Spins, which were claimed to play 20 Free Spins of various slots. In order to redeem a bonus, the Chat Rep(s) has to credit them for you. Well the Chat Rep(s) would only allow me to complete 2 of the 20 Free Spins and would not allow me to complete the others without a deposit. Judging from their sister sites, i would not be afraid of this site, I was given promo terms at another site, and they paid out 5x the amount max due to my special invite no problem. The only thing is that you have to deposit once so that they will payout. I went onto Raging Bull - finally got around to checking back into playing, and I got onto "the new lobby". ...For real? It was so splashy and eye-catching, very appealing, before. Now it looks like something's wrong. Maybe something is wrong... I went onto the banking and I see that ecopayz is gone, mostly everything is gone. It said 'e-mail not verified'. To all other members here on LCB, should anyone like to go through any the "real" correspondence, I will be more than happy to show you all with this information. I have an actual agreement stating the raging bull casino owes me 30,000.00 and to date I have been paid 2,000.00 a month which started on September 1, 2015 thru February 1,2016, which leaves a balance of 18,000.00 and they have stopped paying me. Do not play at Raging Bull. They haven't paid my cousin the 18.000.00 they owe her. They even made up a contract stating the money will be refunded and they paid the first couple of months and then stopped paying her and are not going to pay her. She has no worries because she will contact the parities needed to be involved in getting her money back. They reel you in and then lock you out of their casino after they confiscate your money. I registered in Raging Bull long time ago, but didn't played there, just because I was playing in other RTGs at the moment. And after finding some Exclusive tournament here in LCB, I checked again with Live Support. And what I found is that I can't use the deposit matches or free bonuses from the beginning, but only after at least bonus-free deposits are made, I can redeem all the bonuses. So, this case might be with some of other people, too. At first, I was a little frustrated with this news, but, sometimes, it is better playing without any bonuses from my experience, too :) I will give it try with Raging Bull later :)

It's now open for Bulgarian players too !! People from here can't get any bonuses but you can always play with your own cash. And as I was wandering do they deserve my Deposit, I decided to go to Live Chat and ask some questions. They told me awful things :/ 1. You can cashout ONLY if you have minimum 3 deposits (no matter if you won from the first one and want to get paid) 2. minimum deposit is ok - 21$ BUT the min cashout is 100$ !! so if you have 90$ and want to cashout you can only hope that you win 10 bucks more :D just ridiculous 3. I dunno, every time I try one of the code you have I get either a code is expired, or a new one today "your account is not eligible for this coupon". Huh? I have not been able to use a free code for quite a while now. I realize that if you use 2 codes in a row you cannot cash out, but now it seems that if you use two codes in a row without making a deposit, you cannot play with a code at all. This is regarding the most recent bonus codes available for Raging Bull Casino. I had successfully redeemed coupon code LUCHA1 and then made another deposit so I can redeem the next code LUCHA2. Before attempting to claim bonus code LUCHA2, I went on live chat for my inquiry of multiple non deposit bonuses in a row. As stated above, I had made a deposit after claiming first free bonus code. After chatting with Raging Bull's representative, Mark, entered LUCHA2 to redeem but got prompted with the message, "This account was excluded from this Promotion. Please call customer service for more information on coupon availability." Wth?? I just talked to Mark and it was all good. He manually excluded me from further participation in the free bonus chip promotion LUCHA# offered. ------------------------------------------------ Also, why is it that after completing the wagering play through requirement from a non deposit bonus code... My balance would change?? For example... Say, the maximum cash out for a non deposit bonus code is $100. Then, you complete the wagering play through requirement at a balance of $200+. Your current balance is now at $100. What in the world?? The minimum withdrawal amount is $100 (any method) with a fee of $45+ depending on the withdrawal method. Now, you are not able to make a withdrawal request unless you continue to play and try and make that extra amount to cover the withdrawal fee.. This is not right, anyone should be able to withdrawal after successfully completing the wagering and working the current balance to exceed the maximum withdrawal amount.

So so happy to hear all the great things about the quick payouts. For me, I prefer the bank transfer, I have been playing exclusively at a different casino, not rtg. Been playing there for years, I love their games that's why- BUT, I have been depositing on average roughly $1000 a month and recently realized that after courting me for quite a while, I made my first withdrawal. Then they switched my vip manager to a real s.o.b., can't stand him, a misogynist, a bully, and oh man I could go on and on. My other vip manager had become a friend as well as my manager, loved him like a son. Now I am dealing with this jerk I can never ever reach, on the rare occasions that I do reach him he bullies me and just generally treats me like something he stepped in. I have been threatening to bail for a while now, but hadn't found another casino I was truly interested in playing at- trust issues, etc. Well, RagingBull looks like I may just move on over to you, I have been using the free chips and having a lot of fun with them! I made a small depo and was treated better by them than I have been treated at the other place since they switched my vip. I think RagingBull might have just won my business. I am pretty well tapped out for Sept. as far as my gambling funds go, get paid the third week in Oct, I think I will give ragingbull the business instead of this other casino and see where we go from there. I have had just a few dealings with Jason since I first played at his casino, but I was ever so impressed with the level of respect and the fun offered for my tiny depo. Took me weeks and weeks to get the last pay out I managed to win, enough is enough. To make matters worse, they charge you $45 a pop for each check they send. Feeking stupid for putting up with them for so long.I have taken a lot of money from them over the years, but it seems like each withdrawal garners the player less and less respect. I tried the sign up no deposit and like the overall vibe I get from this casino. I think it is graphically well designed and this shows more thought than at other casinos using the same software. I have read good things about the casino in terms of being reliable when a large cashout winning is to be paid. The software is very good for certain slot games.... My experience with this casino has been quite good. They have no deposit bonuses that are nice to get. I haven't withdrawn anything yet, but I enjoy playing there. The layout is good. I was given a $25 bonus last week which was real nice and unexpected. I'm not sure if they give out birthday bonuses, but live chat could tell you that. Many of the casinos do give them out.

I am like Helwin! I often get ahead by a good amount here, but I end up making silly bets or get in a hurry and lose it all. ....but that often takes a good while. The customer service here is EXCEPTIONAL. The reps: Jason and Dean are almost like a little online casino family. I used to play thousands of dollar a month (NO EXAGGERATION) and then took a short break (happened around my birthday) and out of the many casinos that I played at, I think I received about 5 birthday offers and 4 of them were deposit bonuses. That really irked me and I pretty much quit playing after years. (This was back when people in the US could still use Microgaming and Netteller. Was really treated well by the customer service. I was surprised to find out that the wagering requirements on the first deposit involves only the deposit. If you deposit $25 then your wagering requirements is only on the 25, not on the additional 50. That sounds like a good deal and I am hoping to play at Raging Bull. Thank you.

Always have had good luck at Raging Bull. Haven't ever cashed out because I have a bad habit of sabatoging myself. I can not change my rating (do not want to alter my shop points ) but if i could i would have to give them a 41/2 rating. It would be 5 stars but for the recent troubles i had , that were quickly resolved by Jason. I have yet to see a rep more involved and it is not all to do with the freebies(even though i love them). Yes I am talking about some sort of boxing slot machine based off the movie Raging Bull! Just an idea, which I have plenty of hehe. Also you could really make this casino stand out with some sort of daily spinner where non depositors have the chance to spin to win say a money amount to use like a free chip OR an entry into a tournament that is on the higher end where you would normally have to pay to play OR even some kind of LCB bonus that only LCB members can be a part of, just some thoughts and ideas for one of my favorite casino out there! This casino is absolutely the worst! deposited there 2 or 3 times and could not hit one bonus on about 12 slot games. The payouts there must be under 20%. I contacted customer service to close my account and he said it would be the security departments decision. I told him that it was my decision and my account. Then I sent them an email about closing the account and never heard back from them. I absolutely don't trust this casino to offer a fair game and would never recommend anyone depositing their money unless they are prepared to lose and lose quickly.

After playing the no deposit bonus of 50 and not winning, I had made one deposit. With luck, I had a win! I already submitted required docs and made a request of withdrawal for 100.39 (after the subtracted fee). Immediately I receive a withdrawal request email. It has been 3 days since I had made the withdrawal request. Hopefully this casino is prompt with pay out. I didn't even get a confirmation email stating that my documents for my account were received. But I know that the casino has my documents because when the casino called me a day after I registered, to welcome me to the casino, I had asked the agent if they received my docs through email. I want to suggest an idea to the forums for raging bulls casino....for your tournaments you should allow the free players to have up to 3 free plays since the paying players get up to 5-10 buy ins it should be more fair to the free players so the scores are not so out of reach to obtain. Also was thinking about if you had some type of contests like trivia for the games you have that anyone can be involved in to maybe pick from multiple choice questions or even have a series of say 10 questions all casino related and the top 3 highest scoring players win a free chip or even a free entry into a high roller type tournament or something on those lines. Just some random thoughts for this kool casino with a kool name!

Well this casino had a great no deposit bonus 50 and the games run smoothly.I wasn't fortunate enough to win but cest la vie. I am concerned about the lack of withdrawal methods at this casino however support seems very helpful and friendly. I have noticed on forums and through email that they give many no deposit bonuses. For some reason when I receive emails from them however, they are always blank. I have yet to contact support about this. I haven't deposited here yet but I am thinking of doing so.

Hello All Well I just received great news this morning. It is 8:00 AM on Tuesday March 10th. I just received a follow up e-mail stating my wire transfer has been processed and sent. I will be very interested to see when the funds actually show up in my account. When I get a wire transfer from CWG the funds are normally in my account within 48hrs from the time I receive the e-mail that the wire was processed and sent. I have dealt with some casinos that e-mail me my wire was processed and sent but did not show up in my account for another 10 working days.

I was able to download this Casino finally and had a run with the free $50 - played Twister and Paydirt, slowly, among a few other games but didn't manage to wager it, I notice that they don't have any tournaments, I never asked Chat but maybe they will later on. Glad to see someone had some luck at this casino. I usually do not play back to back free chips but i did hoping paste and pay would be an option soon. Gave 'er a whirl, with the $50NDB. Very smooth download - the software seems to work quite well. I didnt have a great run of luck - but not no luck at all, though. The customer service on the chat was quite good - it is very nice to have that - to me, that can make the difference. Also very clever: the split second that I took my last spin, making my balance a zero balance, the 'deposit' mini-bank popped up. Very clever, very convenient. For the type of casino this is, I thought it quite good. As to whether there's money there is the only remaining factor.

Seems like a decent casino and a £50 no deposit bonus is always a good thing. Howeveer there is only an optiion to download the casino and not the option just to play online which i dont think is very good. I think the first priority for a casino is online and the secondary option should be for players to download the casino if they want too, overall its a decent casino apart from they dont have the best games software but other players might enjoy it
