After choosing a bet size and number of coins to wager you'll be dealt a five card poker hand face up. 99 more hands are dealt face down on the screen. Click on up to 5 of your cards to hold and they will be copied into, and visible in the other 99 hands.

Now press Draw and each hand will be replenished to five cards from its own 53 card deck (standard deck + Joker).
