NuWorks Gaming
NuWorks Gaming Software is a new vision in online casino software released in late 2011. The first casino launched on the platform was a rejuvenated Buzz Luck Casino which operates under the umbrella of the ClubWorld Casino group. Within a day, Lucky Club Slots was Live on the new software with the Jackpot Capital Group providing customer service and marketing support. Two of the most solid names in online gaming opening and supporting NuWorks Gaming Software was not a coincidence.
The NuWorks core software is seemingly built on the RTG platform. The download comes from the same company, Hastings International B.V. - the lobby is configured in a similar fashion to an RTG lobby - the cashier facility is currently identical, and the games certainly bear the mark of whomever has been developing new games for RTG for several years now. But it is also obviously not a clone, it is a truly new offering with about two dozen slots and several video poker and table games at the time of launch.
NuWorks is a member of iGGBA (Interactive Gaming, Gambling and Betting Association) and the IGC (Interactive Gaming Council).
The NuWorks Product
Nuworks gaming software delivers a crisp and clean feature packed product to a North American (and beyond) audience that is starved for such leadership and innovation. Like the RTG casino lobby a player doesn't have to tie up their computer for hours downloading an entire suite of games, most of which they will never play. With the NuWorks lobby the basic components of the casino are installed and the player chooses among the games. Individual game downloads occur in about a minute on a high speed connection, and once downloaded are instant to play in the future.
The customer support is handled by some of the most experienced and professional personnel in the industry and is available 24/7 from the casino lobbies. Players can also contact them from the individual casino’s web pages if there are any questions regarding downloads or new accounts. Banking is flawless as of this writing with deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals being processed as expected. Bonus requirements and play-through were tracking in the cashier section as well under 'coupon details'.
NuWorks Games
If NuWorks follows the lead of RTG (and the games seem to be developed in the same labs) new games will be released on a regular basis. Upon launch, we saw 24 five-reel bonus slot games including several with progressive jackpots over $75,000. The slots are all ‘advanced feature’ games that can be played simply by placing a stake and spinning the reels, or as a more intellectual pursuit exploring all the possibilities of 'feature guarantees' and jackpot chances that can be increased or decreased with a side bet. The slots graphics are impressive with meaningful animations and full stereo sound and the game chassis and maths don’t seem to be redundant among different machines - each game appears to be unique to the core. The bonus rounds are engaging and entertaining with several pleasant surprises, and the "Win-Win" features that pay 1000x wager if free spins give a goose egg are sure to please some very (un)lucky players. The inaugural slots offerings varied from 9 to 50 payline machines and the volatility ran from low to very high. At launch, there were was a well rounded offering of table games including Blackjack, Baccarat, Let ‘em Ride (Progressive) and Tri Card Poker. The graphics are crisp and clean and the game play is fast. There were only three versions of Video Poker but each had a variant allowing 1, 3, 10, 52, and 100 hands. Expect specialty games soon as well as updates for the current portfolios.
