Here's how it works in a nutshell

Choose your numbers and enter your payment, a local agent will personally go to the retailer and purchase your ticket. Soon after that the ticket is scanned and uploaded to your account so you can see it. Then the ticket is stored in a secure place until the lottery draw. When the winning numbers are announced, the ticket is checked for winning numbers. If you hit the big one, get ready to go get your money. Secondary prizes are transferred into your account.

Some jurisdictions do levy taxes on winnings, however Lottosend does not take any percentage of your winnings.
