Joker Poker Bump It Up is a video poker game made by WGS Gaming. It is graphically alike to the poker games that are played in casinos, with the same type of casino music. The interface is different to other video poker games, with 4 different hands that pay with different multipliers.

The player can change the number of coins that are bet on each hand from 1 to 5 by pressing the Bet One button. Bet Max automatically bets 5 coins on each hand. The bet values per coin can change from 0.01 to 2.00.

A Joker is added as a wild card in this game. It can replace any other card in a hand to create a winning combination that pays less than the natural counterpart of that combination. There are 4 levels available, each of which multiplies the winnings by a higher amount. A win on one levels sends players to the next level.

In Bump It Up, there is a random Free Ride card in the deck. If the player is dealt this and their hand has no winning combination, the Free Ride card is used to send the player to the next level of the game for free.
