Aztec Enigma is a five reel, twenty-five line video slots game with extensive animations and ultra-rich graphics and sounds. There are wilds, scatters, free spins, and a unique bonus game with massive winning potential. The Wild symbol is clearly labeled and doubles any line win it is part of. A short movie (which can be skipped) introduces the game and makes the player feel like they are entering another world. The Free Spins symbol appears on reels 2 and 4 and when they both appear players are awarded 10 free spins with a 3x multiplier. Free spins can be triggered again during free games.

Landing green scatter symbols anywhere on reels 1, 3, and 5 in the same spin activates the bonus round. Players can choose to have the game choose a random outcome or take their chances choosing icons from the wheel that contains 25 dials. As soon as three identical symbols have been revealed the corresponding prize is awarded. If the three top, mystery symbols are revealed players are taken to an extra bonus round where it is possible to win up to 1,000x the triggering stake for the spin that activated the bonus round.
