Those hands are all four of a kinds and include in descending order; Four Aces, Four 2, 3, 4 and Four 5-K. These top ranking hands are really fattened for pay outs but it is at the expense of the award for a Royal Flush which would normally pay 4,000 coins on a 5 coin bet. The overall RTP remains the same but the more often achieved hands of four of a kind simply pay more than standard JoB.
