Before you enter the game (you can change later) you must choose Heaven or Hell. Whichever side you choose, the goal is to reveal a card of a higher value than your opponent's. Choose a bet size from 0.10 to 10.00 per pair and play 1, 2, 3, or 4 games per round. If you are in Heaven the Hell card will show and your card must be higher. If you are in Hell, you must beat the Heaven card to win. Players can win up to 1,000.00 on a 0.10 bet or as much as 100,000.00 on a winning card when betting 10.00 per pair. The game has an autoplay feature for successive games in a row. And as mentioned, if the you can't stand the heat, you can always switch to Heaven for the next game.
