KGR (Kaya Gaming Remote) was founded in 2009 by Buelent Kaya. A previous company known as Kaya Gaming Casino Technology Limited was registered in Birmingham, UK Nov 2007 and later dissolved. KGR-Entertainment GmbH is located in Mannheim Germany and is one of the first online casino games and software providers from the region.
In addition to a portfolio of some 25 casino games, KGR also provides turnkey (white label) solutions for people interested in starting their own casino but who may not have the industry experience or technical knowledge to build a system from the ground up. Services and products available include live sports betting software, live dealer casino, cash and user management as well as affiliate marketing tools in addition to games and a platform, licensing, hosting, and bespoke graphics and design services.
KGR-Entertainment Software
Kaya games run in any modern browser with no need for players to download casino software. From a casino lobby (we currently find 4 casinos running on the platform) players will click the game of their choice in real or practice mode and a new window appears for gameplay. The first load takes about a minute over a fast connection and subsequent access are immediate.
The graphics could be described as cool and clean and the games operate smoothly. 3D animations and quality sound effects enhance the experience. Several games have 3 soundtracks to choose from and of course, all sounds can be toggled off. The user interface is intuitive for their blackjack games but less so for video poker and slots. Help files appear immediately as if part of a slide show. All games are available in free play mode without registering an account. The pop-up game screen is not vector scalable so is best played in full-screen mode.
Currencies supported may vary by venue but we find casinos displaying English, Deutsche, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Norsk, Romanian, Turkish, and Russian support.
KGR-Entertainment Games
Blackjack, French Roulette, Video Poker and Keno add to the KGR slots offering to make a total of 25 games at present. Blackjack has very nice graphics if a bit cartoonish) animations are as good as we've seen online and the game plays as fast as you like. Roulette from KGR is a clean and simple affair with no real enhancements to speak of. The help files are well written and comprehensive. The KGR "Fruit Poker" game is not video poker by any stretch of the imagination and would best be described as an interactive slots engine or fixed odds game. Their Power Poker game may be true odds video poker, but the betting regime is simply odd. Slots come in a variety of 3, 4, and 5 reel configurations with all games tested so far offering fixed paylines with the exception of the scatter-based Triple X 3-reel slot with 27 possible paylines. Betting is, again, odd as the +/- stake buttons are simply labeled Bet, and Multi.
KGR-Entertainment Security
We don't find proper licensing jurisdictions mentioned on the KGR website nor any of the casinos operating out of Costa Rica. Unless somehow overlooked, we also do not see any RNG certifications or other indications that the KGR software offers any third party certification for fair gaming. All pages with an URL address starting with https:// are encrypted and delivered over a secure socket layer - these pages are used for financial transactions and possibly game delivery to registered accounts. Registration and contact pages are not encrypted.
KGR-Entertainment GmbH Conclusion
The only complaint we've seen raised to date (June 2013) was for a slow email response time from Playbet24 but no incidences of slow pay or voiding legitimate winnings. The casinos we researched were Playbet24, Playstar24, Rick's Casino and CashCasino 777. However, unless and until KGR-Entertainment submits themselves to a testing and fairness certification process, we cannot suggest any of the casinos running their games to our readers.
