The object of the game is to try to guess whether the Player or Banker hand will be closest to 9. All 10 value cards (10, J, Q, K) are counted as zero and Aces are counted as 1. When the hands are added any hand with a value of more than 9 has 10 subtracted from the total. For example a three card hand of 3/7/9 = 19 would be counted as 9 by dropping the first digit. To play, place a bet on Player, Banker and/or Tie. Tie bets pay 8:1, Banker bets pay 19:20 (1:1 minus 5% commission) and Player bets pay even money. Banker and Player will each receive two cards.

If you have placed the highest wager on Player you will have an option to the view the cards on the player side by clicking 'Toss', 'Peek', 'Side, or 'Quick'. The player with the shoe will always view the cards of Banker. The player with highest wager will turn for the player side. The shoe remains with the player until a player-side wager is won and the shoe passes to the next player.
