You can bet on the Banker of the Player in this game as well as placing a Tie bet by itself or with another wager. Tie pays 8:1 in Boss Media Mini Baccarat. The object of the game is to choose who will get a final score closest to 9. All 10 value cards count as 0 and Aces count as 1. Numbered cards are counted at their stated value. It is not possible to go over 9 and 'Bust' as the 10 vale cards are counted as 0. For instance K/7 would be counted as 7 and K/7/7 would first be counted as 14 – drop the 10 per modulo 10 rules and the hand will score as 4.

There are fairly complicated rules that determine whether the Player or Banker will receive a third card. This is handled by the software but there is a chart available under the Menu tab that explains the rules. Suffice to say that the rules favor the Banker significantly so winning bets placed on Banker are charged a 5% commission. The return to player is still higher when betting only on Banker so this is the suggested wager for the game.
