FremantleMedia, Ltd. is a division of Europe's second largest TV, radio, and production company; Bertelsmann's RTL Group. Its world headquarters are in London. They own, manage, and produce dozens of hit television game shows such as I've Got a Secret, Family Feud, What's My Line?, The Price Is Right, Password, Sale of the Century and Scrabble, to name a few.

FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME) is a commercial part of the company and one of their arenas of activity is to develop existing Fremantle properties across other media such as interactive television, merchandising, wireless and the internet. The company works with game developers such as NextGen, Electrocade, Ash Gaming and others to bring their popular game and reality shows to the spinning reels.

The FME gambling division was originally launched as an internal start up in 2008 as part of FremantleMedia Ventures. With the announcement in January 2011 of it's full integration into FME, came the news that it would be headed up by industry insider Simon Murphy who spent 8 years in key rolls at IGT WagerWorks and Million 2-1 (mobile gaming specialists acquired by IGT).
