Here’s how it works.

If you produce a winning spin, the meter goes up to x2. On your next spin if you win, that win is multiplied x2, and the meter will go up again; this time to x4 on your next spin. Any win on that next spin is multiplied x4. If you do not get a win on the next spin, the meter resets back to zero.
