Tiger’s Luck Hold and Winby Betsoft Gaming

Betsoft Gaming logo

There is an ancient Asian legend saying that the powerful tiger is a symbol of good and plentiful fortune. BetSoft software provider released Tiger's Luck Hold and Win, leading us to the East to look the tiger directly in the eyes and find the great fortune hidden behind lucky items.

The game was released in March 2024, featuring a 5x4 layout, 100 fixed pay-lines, Wild symbols that become sticky after participating in the winning combinations, and two types of Bonus symbols that can start the Hold and Win Bonus feature with great cash prizes.

Let’s see if the tiger can bring us some luck!

Theme and Symbols

This is not the first Hold & Win game by BetSoft - they already have a few with this feature in their portfolio. This one is an Asian-themed video slot inspired by the legend of a mighty tiger symbolizing great fortune. Behind the reels, we can see a bamboo forest, while the reels are covered with animal symbols and a few items reflecting East Asian culture. High-quality graphics and dynamic background sounds guarantee an exciting adventure.

The great Tiger hits the reels as the highest-paying symbol, besides Bear, Crocodile, Racoon, Lucky Coins, and Lantern which play on a medium-paying scale. The lowest payouts come with the card royals from A to 10. A kind of Vortex appears as the Wild symbols, while gold and red Coins land as the Bonus and Collection Bonus symbols that can trigger the Hold and Win Bonus feature.

Betting Options and Other Options

Tiger’s Luck Hold and Win video slot plays on five reels and four rows with 100 fixed pay-lines crossed over the screen. Symbols pay for three and more identical icons landing from left to right along an active payline and only the highest win on each line will be paid.

The bet can be set anywhere from 0.20 to 60.00 and the dynamic paytable will automatically reflect the bet configuration. Rollers face a very high volatility here with the best odds of 96.52% and the hit rate at 23.90%.

Special Features

Wild - the WILD symbols are stackable and land on reels 2, 3, and 4. They stand up for all regular-paying symbols to complete the winning combinations. If the Wild symbol participates in a winning combination, it becomes sticky for 2 spins and appears with a counter. When a sticky Wild participates in a new winning combination, its counter does not increase. Any symbol from a spin that falls behind the Sticky Wild will be ignored because it is not visible.

Hold And Win Feature - When six or more Bonus or Collection Bonus symbols land on the reels, the Hold and Win feature is triggered. Coin symbols, carrying cash prizes from 0.5x to 300x the bet, stay locked on the reels and trigger 3 respins. Each new Bonus symbol also stays locked in its position and the spin counter resets to 3. If the Collection Bonus symbol appears during the feature, all amounts from the Bonus symbols will be added together and awarded immediately. The collection Bonus symbol then disappears from the screen allowing a new symbol to take its place. This symbol also increases the number of respins to 3. The feature ends when no more respins are left or all 20 positions are covered with Bonus symbols.

Buy Feature - Players can jump directly into the Hold and Win feature paying the price of 30x, 40x, or 50 times the bet for 1, 2, or 3 free respins.

Conclusion

All in all, Tiger’s Luck Hold and Win is an engaging mobile-friendly video slot offering an exciting gameplay experience placed in an Asian Bamboo forest. Maybe there are not a bunch of features but the Hold and Win Bonus and Sticky Wilds will be more than enough for a thrilling game.
