All Deuces or 2's are wild and can substitute for any other card to form the highest possible winning poker hand as illustrated on the pay table. The pay table is modified and you will need at least three of a kind to win because of the wild cards.

There are special payouts for four deuces, five of a kind and a royal flush that contains one or more wild cards. A natural Royal flush (10, J, Q, K A all same suit, any order, no wilds) still pays the top prize at 250:1 for coins 1-4 and 800:1 when betting all 5 coins of any value.
