In the game of Baccarat or Punto Banco online the game play is very simple. You will simply bet upon the banker or player getting a hand of nine or as closer than the opponent. Scoring is done by modulo 10 rules meaning that all cards are added and the first digit, always “1” is ignored. So K and 7 add up to 17, the first digit is discarded and the hand scores 7. If the opponent has a lower score the 7 wins. All betting decisions are as easy as the flip of a coin as players cannot affect the game other than to bet.
The software will handle all of the slightly complicated rules pertaining to either banker or player receiving a third card. Details are available in the help section. Payouts for a player bet are 1:1, banker bets pay .95:1 or 1:1 minus a 5% commission, tie bets pay 8:1. The banker bet is still slightly better even after paying the commission due to odds variations created by the 3rd card rules. A tie bet offers terrible odds and should only be taken if your gut ache to do it or as a last ditch effort to replenish your bankroll.
