This casino is just okay nothing special. That you all at pay out times are two days pending and then instantly paid out which is just at the top threshold for taking too long. I didn’t have any problems with verification or cash outs. But I felt like the casino is very very tight. But it could’ve been the sample size.

This is just another carbon copy of the lotus/jackpot/treasure casinos. If you didn't pay attention to the name you could never tell which one you were in. They are decent enough I guess. There are just much better Rival/Saucify casinos to choose from. They have silly high wr and the support can leave a little to be desired in my experience.

Mandarin Palace has a great "feel" to it. I love the overall layout in this casino. Also, I have been able to use many non deposit bonuses over the years here. There is a good selection of slots and table games as well as video poker. So far, I have not been lucky to cash out so I am not sure if the withdrawal process is slow or quick. Unfortunately I am a person who does not like bonuses without deposit, but sometimes I like to play to know what the Casino offers. This offers nothing, only after you log in and redeem the bonus of the LCB is that it says " this bonus is not redeemable in real money. " . In other words, they do a type of marketing that is not the right thing to do, and I believe all this is to call the public, but they must lose immediately.
The page is attractive, the design is very beautiful, but the games are the usual and do not pay anything. If you play a Bonus Free that will not take money from the casino and it pays nothing, so that you put real money ???

I really like this group of Saucify powered casinos. this casino has very condescending employees i signed up and deposited earning alot of loyalty points because i did win while playing then when i logged in the following day my account was locked so i contacted support who suggested i email them so i did waited a day or 2 got a reply needing my id and such so i sent them in then they wanted my credit card picture and the authorization form sent in so i did. taking a couple of days in between replies was irritating because while i was playing on the site and won a little i registered in just about all the upcoming tournaments that were available and being kicked out for the week i was unable to play in a few that i had paid for and i planned on saying something about it when my access was reinstated however after sending everything in that they requested i was then ignored and never let back in so the loyalty points i earned which was enough to redeem the first 3 or 4 prize levels i think i remember it was up to the $25 chip reward were confiscated from me and my tourney buy ins were pocketed also had i cashed out when i was up i wouldnt have gotten paid is basically what this kind of action towards a player boils down to so i can not recommend this site even though i did have fun and i did win while i was there. because they took my money then kicked me out and never gave me any reasons although i gave them everything needed to steal my identity and abuse my financial information. they probably selling it to terrorist groups so beware here!

Their match plays are not as much percentage as other casinos and you can not match as many deposits as other casinos. Paperwork was a hassle and same papers had to be resent many times before my account was unlocked with very little communication.

They sent me a dvd with a $100 no deposit code right when they opened quite a few years ago. I signed up right away and started playing with the no deposit. I was having such great luck. This particular casino, Lucky Creek, and Grand Eagle was all that I played for about two years. I want to know why they took away all the free rolls. I liked the short free rolls or Loyalty points to play. You have to have deposited to have loyalty points but I believe if you've ever won one of their free rolls it counts as a deposit too. I've been playing at Mandarin palace few years ago, the site was impressive for me because of big wins. I never cashed out from this however I really loved the slots they offered. Now they no longer give free codes for some countries, I recently logged to them and tried to reedem codes and it didn't work at all, I was asked to make a deposit and then qualify for some kind of 50% deposit bonus that's all. I definitely like that this site allows you to choose whether or not you want to download their gaming software or play instantly. Being able to choose is definitely appreciated. I took advantage of a 75% deposit bonus that also had a 20 free spin with it-come to find out the free spin was for 10 lines only on a 40 line game which I thought was extremely sneaky and cheap..and of course they do not advertise this-asked them about it and got a very shitty response back - something to the effect of "we can make our promotions anything we want to"..now I remember why I stopped playing on genesys games
