hello, in his casino i have been members for a few years, have not been lucky here, but something always pulls me back :) I have never complained about the assistance, Live Chat or e-mail responses bonuses was always very good - at least 150% for every deposit! although this is the only place Playtech where i havent made any cashout from whole group (5 casinos), but I've laid a lot of money, maybe just have not luck at all here! So overall a year ago was still interesting to play here, live chat was always a guy from India, He gave me a super bonus and was always nice to talk to, pleasant atmosphere of the play, because at least someone tries.. now i cant say so... I had not played for some time in this place, it was decided that the time of login. asked bonus - I was convinced that i will get 200%, which always got a bonus after a long break, but passed .... very uncooperative live chat, very unprofessional and very unkind. half an hour I waiting answer-how and what will give me a manager, it turns slightly above 100%... Shortly after that, I was asked to explain to me why can not I get some more? and then she said to me that other gamers so and so on such and such ... I was Shocked ... immediately after this chat I wrote a email with a request to Close my accounts on this group because it is not normal.. in e-mail I wrote the whole situation of bonuses, that im old regular.. and can not get any freebie. back got a nice letter from the manager who always gave me a good bonus, very apologizes and each attaches great casino bonus of 200% -555%, now I see that all the expressed attitudes of those who manage your account, not to say that luck is still is with me, but at least happier knows that bonuses are still available and treatment is individual! by the end i think i will be not long memberhere,once i requested payout i lose everything i leave in my account...so maybe really its just not my lucky place..but when i reverse-happened the same.. no one bonus game nothing and on 1$ bet 500 was gone in about 15 mins.. :(

24 kt Gold Casino is a lovely casino, Playtech software. I registered a while back at a sister casino and they have a nice rewarding program. I was able to get a few no deposit bonuses just because of that and the fact that i deposited at that sister casino, i even managed to cash out from a 10$ no deposit, the max cashout was 50$, but overall it has nice promotions and rewards it’s players. Their support is one of the greatest, they have live chat in the casino software, you have just to wait a minute or less and someone will answer to your query. The only thing that’s not so great is that, even if your details are verified, id card/proof of address/credit card, etc, you still have to wait 3 days till the cashout is processed, i asked and i’ve been told that’s the casino policy, they have to verify the game sessions. I always get e-mails with promo codes and the deposit offers are great. The only thing i don’t like, besides the waiting period for the cashout is that unlike other playtech casinos, the game take long time before they download or start, maybe that only happens to me, but it’s frustrating. Every Playtech casino has nice games, but on my favourite list there’s one called A night out, which is about very nice ladies that embrace you with great winnings. The slot has 20 lines, you have to hit the bartender on column 1 and 5 and you have the chance to pick from 5 ladies, ladies that have a certain number of spins and a menu of drinks that holds the multipliers. I had mixed luck with this one. I have already registered and played in some of the casinos from the same group, and usually there were no problems. 24kt Gold Casino has the same thing going on, a Playtech software casino, and a rather nice looking games. At first, I had a nice going, and a lot of luck, winning and built a rather nice profile. All of a sudden, someone pushed the button, and I haven't won a single thing in months! Not really sure how is that possible, and I am really so bored and I really need an extra reason to come back. I have even made more than a few withdrawals, always fast and steady payments without any surprises, and I have always had the best experience with the support team, just all of a sudden, I am practically cut off. Weird, and really not sure what to make of it.

Latest News : After making my 4th withdrawal of winnings from 24kt Gold Casino, my account has now been LOCKED!!! MY ACCOUNTS AT ALL THE OTHER 4 CASINOS (FLAMINGOCLUB, GRANDONLINE, GOLDEN PALACE & ONLINECASINOCENTRAL) HAVE ALSO BEEN LOCKED!!! I am no longer allowed to enter any of their casinos. CAUTION : Fairgaming? It seems that they KEEP LOSERS and KICK OUT WINNERS!!!

I have played (and still playing) at all of their group casinos - FlamingoClub, Grand Online, 24kt Gold and Golden Palace - and find them very satisfying! Good bonuses, good gameplay, low wagerings, friendly and helpful hosts/managers, and last but not least, prompt payouts (not fast enough but more than acceptable). I prefer playing at these 4 Playtech casinos more than at any other.
