i won't play there either, they flood the internet with free bonuses and then lock your account without warning if you don't seem potential to be regular depositor. SHADY! i wouldn't recommend this casino, as something is not right about them. beware this casino. I won a tournament there about 3 1/2 months ago, met the playthrough cashed out 109.00 they gave me the run around for 3 months, then locked my account. I have ALL the emails, and plenty of screenshots of my account there. They seem very sketchy. my advice is don't play there.

I have never deposited there and never will. This was one of the first Betonsoft casinos I explored. I've played several times with free spins but the thing is that this casino tend to be super generous with free spins to attract new players but the spins are always played with the smallest bets possible- 0.01 per line, 1 line and 1 coin so you won't get anything from them to wager. The support is nice thou.

Ok so here is the big frustration, i really love the betonsoft or saucify software. It is top notch, truly one of my favorites. I really like their keno selection, it is larger than most and different too, plus they have a nice selection of tournaments as well. Now the terrible thing is that it makes my computer crash. Just this site. Not really any of the other ones with this same exact software right even down to the very same tournaments. Yea this one site totally just makes my computer glitch, get stuck on stupid and then it just shuts everything down and my computer turns off and restarts itself. WTF!!!!! Why? It is so freakin infuriating and I can't figure out why it keeps happening but now I guess it doesn't even really matter because I do not even play there anymore because I am truly and genuinely afraid that it is going to screw up my computer permanently one day and it is just not worth the risk, I don't think. It is just a shame because they have lost this patron and I wonder how many others ya know. Sucks for them, sucks for me. lol thats all.

This Casino has a reputation for slow payments on such a big level that even LCB has a warning that pops up any time the casino is attempted to be accessed. Now I like the freeroll tournaments. They have BJ and slot freerolls daily. These tournaments last a couple days and the prizes are not bad. If you win a prize in a freeroll you have to then make the playthrough or WR before the winnings can be withdrawn. One thing that bothers one about these particular BetOnSoft software casinos are the popups. They pester you with these popups almost continuously popping up from the moment you login. Most of these popups are great the first time you login. I just don't think that they are necessary anytime after that. If you don't mind waiting for your money or having you game interrupted all the time, then by all means give them a try.

Not a fan of this casino Have deposited quite a few times and won nothing. Staff isn't very well mannered either. Their no deposit bonus spins are always 1 line at 1 cent which I win like 24 cents off of which we all know is good for nothing. Offers a ton of no deposit bonuses because of this but you can only claim one in between making a deposit. So 24 cents a bonus per deposit? No thanks .. I made min. deposit of 20 EUR there after that I received some free spin bonus. I spined my free bonus spin away, and I was a bit disappointed as I didn't win on that anything. All in all I did not like Atalantis Gold, probably I will not deposit again. Also one more bad epxerience was tons of spam mails.

this casino is just " o.k." in my opinion. the customer service rep I spoke to was real short with answers and completely ignored a couple of my questions and then went on to explain that if I was to make a deposit it would make my experience at Atlantis gold casino that much better. The slot games were alight but at an overall look at the games featured they all look the same just slightly different pictures. There is however an abundance of no deposit codes for this site. And daily free roll tournaments. So if that's your thing this one is for you. other than that, given my experience with this site I would not recommend it. Sorry.

Atlantis Gold and Treasure Island Jackpots are basically the same casino and I find them to be the type of casino that has so many promotions and free spins/cash that there is a mountain of terms and conditions in your way, and at the end of the day it just is not worth your time and you are better off somewhere else. For me Atlantis gold is mostly known from variety of free spins they offer on regular basis. On top of the 20 free spins they offer their brand put a lot of codes online which are good for some free games. The only thing about it is that the winnings are subject to some wagerings which is hard to reach at this site. I tried many times with the free codes and games dont pay much here. Slots are quite interesting and have nice graphics, some of them those 9-liners are pretty good made with the feature of free spins. I played there a lot but never cashed out from Atlantis Gold. Anyway their slots are very enjoyable.

Atlantis Gold casino, one of my worst casinos I ever tried. Firs, hate daily free spins offer with 1 liner, that's a joke. Be cautious when depositing at Atlantis Gold Casino...I opened an account after reading about this casino and BetOnSoft software. At first, I enjoyed the casino, although the games played VERY SLOW on both my laptop AND my desktop (PC's), and made MANY deposits. This was quickly becoming a casino I would tend to play at, that was until, without any warning, I was told I did NOT live in an area that was allowed to play there-this being CALIFORNIA! I had actually just deposited, and then, after my money was gone, I came back to deposit again, and could NOT login...After speaking to chat, I was told the reason, my region was not allowed-completely bizarre, as others play there...I gave up on them, so I caution you to double/triple check WITH an actual person on their site, and get it in writing, that you are able to play. Ah, good old Atlantis Gold casino. (Sister Casino is Treasure Island Jackpots) I'm not quite sure what I should say about this casino, as they used to be my favorite, and I can no longer play there. I really enjoy the games on Bet on soft casinos, but I haven't had much luck with finding one that made me happy. I signed up for this casino through latestcasinobonuses, using a code for free spins. Naturally I was surprised that the free spins only covered 3 lines, but hey, its free right? Cant complain about free. I believe I won around 50 cents with these free spins, which then had a play through of 40x, and a max cash out of 150 dollars. I never thought that I would come close, but I did. I hit on "cash puppy" for 22 dollars first spin. This kept me playing for a while, but I ran out of money with only a few dollars left to meet the play through. I made one deposit, and lost it in an hour. I didn't play at the casino for a while, but I then found out that they had free tournaments every night. One for slots, and one for blackjack. I was ecstatic. I played these tournaments every night for months. I won a few times, and when you win, you receive the money as a bonus, that you have to meet the same 40x play through and 150 max cashout. I never seemed to make the play through, but it sure was fun. Something to look forward to every evening. I tried a few times, but it wouldn't go through. I contacted live chat and was told that my account was locked for not depositing enough, and too many bonuses. I only used one bonus code on sign up. They said that the password protected tournaments counted as bonuses, and winning tournments counted also. When I asked about my pay out, they told me that it was void, because I didnt make a deposit between bonuse. I am so mad about it. I understand that I only deposited once, but they could have gave me a notice or somehting. Now I lost my nightly tournaments, and lost the money that I won. My advice is that if you want to play at this casino, make sure you deposit. Although the free chips that they do give are only one liners now, so is it even worth it??

This is a correction for my previous post: HEADS-UP LCB & LCB'ers, I have had problems with a few casinos in the past but, never one like I just encountered withAtlantis Gold. I tried to login into the casino this evening (like I do most every evening) and I received a message that my email address or password was incorrect. I had the remember password box ticked so I unticked it and closed the program. I reopened the program and tried to login again. I received the same error message. I clicked on the forgot password button, taken to a different screen where I entered my email address. I then received a message for me to check my email for the information to change my password. I checked my email and there was an email from Atlantis Gold. I was to click on the link in the email and then I would be able to change my password; which I did change. I tried to then login again and received the same error message. So I clicked on the live chat button to see about getting some help. Nathalie was the chat person and I explained what had happened and what I had done to that point to try to login. She asked me to wait while she checked on the problem, which I did. She came back and told me that my account was being reviewed and that I couldn't login, that after the review I would receive an email from them. I asked her what my account was being reviewed for? She said that Atlantis Gold's system had locked my account for using too many bonuses without making a deposit. I couldn't believe what she was telling me. I told her the one and only bonus I had ever used was the first no deposit bonus for becoming a member. She said if I wanted to make a deposit I could login to the casino. I asked her does that mean I can't even login for practice play (play for fun)? She said I couldn't login at all until I made a deposit. I asked her if she read what I had just told her about which no deposit bonus I had used. She said the system handles all the bonuses and I needed to make a deposit. I told her that I might be dumb but I'm not stupid and that I couldn't believe she was asking me that. I went on to tell her that she was crazy if she thought I would make a deposit after this situation. I thanked her and told her good-bye. I think this is almost boarder line extortion. I can see locking my account if I had of used all the bonuses I was accused of using. But not being able to play for play money is wrong. The jury is still out on this casino for me, as I am at a 50/50 viewpoint with Atlantis Gold Casino. Hi guys I won $597 and was sent a draft went to cash it and they gave me a copie of the draft and said it was fraudulent. I let the casino no what happened and they said to scan and send them a email with it attached. They want the origanol and it was kept I just want my money, At first they credited my debit card and my account was lock ed they told me I needed to send a copy of the return so they new where the money came from. At that point I asked them to back the money out and send me a check. Im so frustrated Ive recently had multible strokes and am very ill so the money could very much needed. Is there anyone who can help me with this situation at all? Any help would be so much appreciated. Thank you

I really enjoyed this casino I had multable strokes in 2010 so Im very ill there ndbs always worked. then one day I won 600.00 It took awhile they kept wanting a drivers lisence and after the strokes they tok my lisence and gave me a state id. we went round and round on that then finnally credited my debit card. Then the bank locked my account and told ne to have the money backed out and they would unlock my card. Then I was sent a draft and as they said go to the bank it was drawn on i did they kept the draft said it was a fraud and not heard a word from the casino. They havent tried to get me the money or even commnted on the draft . Im very slow and need help trying to get my money any one out there that can help?//

What draw me to Atlantis casino is the fact they allow for US players to register and play, so I could play together with a couple of buddies. Also, you get to choose between downloadable software (Mac is supported as well as a PC), but also instant game access and a mobile site version for those who prefer tablet or smartphone access. This guys have a $30K giveaway, and the same goes for them too, it is just a publicity stunt, not a real game bonus. Then again, there's a lot of other bonuses and promotions, and you will really need some time to read it all, so just take your time. I did get all the starting bonuses without a problem, but as someone stated, you can withdraw a minimum of $100, which is a bit high, and I still haven't won enough to do be able to do it.

i never recieved my 10 no deposit bonus and when i told them that they stated the no deposit bonus was invalid because they dont offer any no deposit bonuses. i did get the free spins but only for 10 not 150.

Well, I think the 1st review was about right, boring. The 150 free spins were were for a specific game (Age of Spartans) and all but two lines were greyed out. 1-cent bet on two lines, 150 spins, I won $2.38. Maybe you'll have better luck. I can't say it's a good or bad casino, but I didn't happen to win. Good luck to you

Deposit and no deposit bonuses are not far and in between at this site. They’re more like right around every corner. Hands down, the greatest thing about this site. Also, they have an extensive selection of payment methods, and even though I typically use the same ones wherever I go if available, I know this can sometimes be an issue. Free tournaments are offered at Atlantis gold casino which is also another plus. The site is sleek and the games run smoothly. My favorites at the site include Lucky Leprechauns and Legends of Greece. One complaint I have about this site, however, is that they’re minimum withdrawal fee is fairly high requiring at least $100 at the bare minimum. I have definitely come across sites that have much lower minimums so I must say I did not like that aspect one bit. The process also tends to take a bit longer than necessary.

One of the worst gaming experiences I've ever had, hands down. Atlantis Gold (and other Bet On Soft sites) are absolutely horrible. The volatility of the slots/games are set so high, that winning a decent amount is almost non-existent. The games that have bonus features hit rarely, and when they do hit, they only pay out a small amount, like $5... which is an insult after wagering $400, and hitting nothing. I will say this, the Bet On Soft platform has a TON of potential - the providers just need to loosen up the payouts, significantly. Its clear that this is a Microgaming spinoff, with most of the games looking like carbon copies of MG games. It's a shame that such cool games are ruined by stingy providers with slots that are set entirely too tight. If you get a CD, play on the FREE SIDE of the games to see for yourself. This platform as it stands is a 0 out of 5 stars as far as I'm concerned. Proceed with caution until they loosen their games up. I would avoid this platform until then.
