Golden Baccarat from PartyGaming is a card game where players can bet on the Banker, Player, Tie, Player and Tie, or Banker and Tie. Tie bets pay 8:1, Player bets pay 1:1 and Banker bets pay 1.95:1. Due to the third card 'hit' rules winning on the Banker hand is easier so the house takes a small commission. This bet still gives players the best odds, and the Tie bet provides the worst. The object of the game is to predict whether the Player or Banker hand will end up closest to 9 points. Face cards and 10's count as Zero, Aces as 1, and other cards their stated value.
