This is a bad casino. Scam in every way! Stay away from this casino and its sister site Royalsandscasino.They say there are licensed in Cyprus but their back end operation is scattered in Philippine, Costa Rica. I doubt if they are really licensed. The operators are fly by night. I think one of the manager is Jamie Lidstone from Australia who has notorious reputation in online casino.This is a bad casino. Ive got an email from the casinomanager i was one of few to win a 300ND chip, all i had to do was foto-copy and send my id, BUT THEN THE NIGHTMARE BEGON!!, It had cost me three days to get the bonus, but the nightmare had just begon. IF you read my story, MAN o MAN, What a BULLSHIT Casino this is. The wurst ever !!

I had the same experience as edwardgf. They sent me a disc and $260 "free money" deposit. After a very large required playthrough ($15,000) I still had over $6000 left since I had hit a "random jackpot". They will not pay out any of it because they are telling me they have no way to process checks. STAY AWAY or play for free and just for fun. They will never pay you.

I am thinking that you are still saying what a wounderfull place Cleopatra's is. Did you even look in to my allegations of there dishonarable method's. Is the person who wrote there glowing report getting paid by Cleopatra?

I can not understand these rave reviews, here is my experience.  Cleopatras Palace Casino sent me a $25.00 bonus in the mail to come and play. I did accept the $25.00 bonus. Then as luck would have it during my play (video Slots) I won the random jackpot Approx. $4,000.After sending them the documentation they needed , in order too cash out here is what I was told.Because I was playing on there $25.00 dollar's all they would pay me is $12.50 thats right $12.50. which was 50% of the $25.00 dollars. And they would claim the remainder of random jackpot money. All this is true and I can verify all of it.Perhaps before singing there vertues, you should check there payment plan. If anyone can help me with this I would be most apprecated. I am sorry to tell you that you are backing less then honorable people. Again all can be proven. I have all the conversation logs and anything else you may require.

i had the same problem with a casino with the same technology as cleopatras after i think it was called lucky palm
