Punto Bancoby SkillOnNet Overview
Punto Banco online is usually a form of mini-baccarat where the player's only decisions occur before the cards are dealt – the player will never be asked to handle the shoe or know the rather intricate 3rd card rules – this is all handled by the gaming software. The goal is to predict which hand will end up closer to 9, or to predict a tie. Aside from the table felt, the only difference in SkillOnNet Punto Banco as opposed the their Baccarat is that players can stake up to 5 seats/hands while playing Punto Banco – and only one when playing baccarat. All other rules, action buttons, and processes are identical.
When betting on the Player hand a win pays 1:1. To win, the Player hand must be closer to a count of 9 than the Banker hand. Scored by modulo 10 rules, all picture cards and 10's count as 0. (7+3=10=0 as well). Banker winning hands are paid 19:20 or eve money minus a 5% commission on the win. Tie bets are paid at 8:1. If your bet is on Player or Banker and a tie occurs the bet is pushed.
