This Simbat fruity features a 4-reel slot machine with a card game. The 4 spinning reels on the bottom are used for the basic slots game. There reels are populated with basic fruit symbols and some have figures as well. When the figures across the payline add up to 3 or more, certain features of the card game are activated. Allowable stake per spin of the basic game is one credit. Winnings up to 100 credits can be gambled with the Wheel of Fortune seen on the right of the top game. Payouts for the wheel game are 1.5 or 0. An amount mus be divisible by 4 to be eligible for the gamble game.

The Wheel is used in the card game as well. Also when reaching level 5 or above on the ladder additional features are brought into play.
