About the Company

1x2gaming is a UK-based developer and provider of online virtual sports, fixed odds, and casino games. The company was founded as Football 1x2 Ltd on June 1, 2003, their current UKGC registered trade name. In late 2014, 1x2 Gaming Ltd was incorporated in London as a PLC.

Some of the order of events in corporate change and company evolution is unclear, such as clarity about Panorama. It is clear from news reports and company activities, even if not reflected in corporate or regulatory records, that the company is now a subsidiary of 1X2 Networks after a June 2017 rebranding exercise that saw the announcement of Iron Dog Studio as their in-house game development lab.

It is still unclear precisely how "strategic partners", LEAP and Probability Jones fit into the equation as they are not claimed as owned brands, but LEAP is one of the trading names of 1X2 Football, as registered with the Gambling Commission in the UK.

Aggregation partners include GameArt, Oryx, Habenero, and Playson through the company's application programming interface (API) known as 3PI.

The company was a pioneer in virtual sports games and now all work is done in the HTML5 markup language so the games can be played in any browser on any device. They currently have over 40 HTML5 games in addition to a Flash library of more than 100 titles.

The company seems to have streamlined and defined their operations with purpose-driven and highly focused elements all working in dovetailed harmony. In the course of a year, we have seen them ink content deals with Pariplay, Betaland, GAN (formerly Game Account Network), SoftGamings, Digitain, and Microgaming Quickfire to name a few. Their 'strategic partnership' with LEAP brings high-quality 3D virtual race, point competitions, and other games to the table.

Rather than eclipse this subsidiary, we can imagine the early and ongoing commercial successes of Iron Dog adding positive synergy with operators becoming more aware of the niche market games as they integrate Iron Dog content.
