Sparks Symbols

I tried the mobile and desktop version of this game. Both use the low, medium and high tier bonus symbols on the paytable. Each of them have an energized neon theme to them. I noticed that the value of these symbols differ depending on whether I was playing win one way or both ways. The symbols on the lower tier were card values A, K, Q, J and 10. There were 5 colored sparks next on the payout list.

The bonus icons for the slots were the standard Wild in blue and the supercharged Wild which was in an electric amber. The supercharged Wild is only found on the second and fourth reel.

This game has quite a bit going on technically too. It offers Expanding Cloning Wild's and Wild Substitutions which I thought were quite interesting features. I have not seen the Expanding Cloning Wild on any other game either and it may just be unique to Sparks.

When the cloning wilds appear and sparks began playing, I saw that they literally cloned the icons which were adjacent to them and increased my chances of winning. The cloning wilds appear just on the second and fourth reel.
NetEnt does have a reputation for breaking away from tradition with every new slot release so this shouldn't be something that surprises anyone.

Conclusion

I can't help but think that the features and performance of this game helped me relax and re-energize myself. I was spinning the reels over and over again and lost track of time. But the game lacks any real features apart from the wilds. Even the win both ways option didn't make too much of a difference as far as my returns were concerned. I would say that this is the perfect slot game for anyone who likes low variance slots. I would have felt much better about it if they offered, at least, a few free spins, though.
