Cryptologic's Joker Poker has a special pay table with rankings for Five of a Kind and Royal Flush that includes a Joker. A natural Royal is still the highest paying hand at 4000 coins on a five coin bet. You can receive a Royal on the initial deal or after discarding and replacing any of the cards you don't want.
