Remove all four 10's from the deck, relax the rules for player advantage otherwise, and add an optional side bet that lets you make up to 2,400x your stake on the deal and you have Spanish Blackjack from The Art of Games. The side bet is based on a comparison of the dealer's up-card with your hand and is played independent of the blackjack game rules. With the 10's removed you will be playing with a deck of 48 cards so getting a count of 21 will be more difficult for you as well as the dealer. The game is played with 8 decks and allows players to take advantage of rules not found in standard blackjack.

Not only can you surrender after the dealer peeks for 21, you can surrender after doubling – double down rescue is allowed. If you opt for this the dealer will only take your doubling wager and return your original wager to your balance. Player wins all blackjacks.
