Champions Goal Rules

Champions Goal is a 5-reel slot with 20 pay lines technically. I say this because it has a very creative way of utilizing the symbols and pay lines together. This is a team based slot that pits blue vs red. Each set of symbols will be red or blue and have their own set of 10 paylines. More on the symbols and what they can do in a second.

The betting limits range from $0.20, up to $100.00 a spin. If you have had the privilege to play an Elk slot, you will be familiar with their betting strategies. There are 3 separate strategies you can use for each spin.

The Jumper will raise your bet by 1 level after each spin for up to 10 times, then reset back to the original bet amount.

Leveler will raise your bet level by 2 after 5 consecutive losses.

Finally, there’s the booster strategy that raises your bet by 1 level after any loss for up to 10x your base bet.

You don’t need to use these options and can bet as normal, but it’s a nice option to have that makes the game a little more interesting.

Champions Goal Symbols

The game based symbols are broken into red and blue groups. The red symbols contain the numbers 8 and 10. As well as a red shirted girl football fan and a red football player. The blue symbols use the numbers 9 and 11. They also have a blue football fan and a blue jersey football player.

The higher paying symbols that don’t work with the red and blue symbols are the policeman and hooligan symbol. And the hand holding a flare. These are the riot symbols. Not sure why they decided to add in the riots, but it’s definitely an interesting take.

The Champions Goal logo is the wild symbol. The free kick ball, gold trophy and referee all act as scatters. The wild will only substitute the game based symbols, not the scatters.

Free Kicks

The ball logo is the free kick symbol. When tis lands anywhere on the reels, it will sweep across that row of symbols and allow a new set of symbols to replace them. Any win when this happens is multiplied by 5.

Free Spins and Added Time

When 3 or more trophy symbols land, you get 7 free spins. For each trophy symbol during free spins adds 1 minute of extra time and 1 free spin. Only 3 extra minute spins are allowed per free spin.

There is one caveat to the free spins. You can kick a Champions Goal and win a large instant prize that will stop the free spins and go back to the regular game. Losing free spins may sound annoying, but it’s worth it for the massive prize that comes along with the winning goal.

Sticky Wild Re Spins

Anytime a referee lands on the reel, this will trigger 1 re spin. During the re spin, all 4 corners of the reels will have a sticky wild symbol.

Cascading Tifo – The Crowd Goes Wild

This is the really cool part of the slot that I’ve never seen before. Its technically a set of re spins, but I love the way its triggered and displayed. It also brings in the element of a real football match and blue vs red in to the mix.

If reels 1, 2 and 3 are covered in all blue symbols, you get what’s called 3 tifos. The reels turn all blue and reveal sticky wilds before each spin. The reels slowly start to reveal all of the remaining symbols. This happens 3 times.

The same will happen if reels 3, 4 and 5 are covered in all red symbols.

Champions Goal wins on all levels, there are no losers in this slot. The maximum is a staggering $200,000. To get the maximum win you will need to get the free kick symbol and hope you have 5 flare symbols on the reels.
