In this game of 21 players receive two cards face up and the dealer receives one card, face-up to begin the game. The object of the game is to get as close to 21 without going over and ending up with a hand that has a count higher than the dealer's hand. Players can “hit” any hand until they bust and the dealer must stand on all 17 hands, but hit 16 and under. The dealer will not peek to see if his second card would make Blackjack so doubling or splitting options will take a careful strategy if the dealer is showing a 10 value card. If the dealer's first card is an Ace you will be asked if you wish to buy Insurance and after your decision the dealer will check for Blackjack.

Blackjack pays 3:2 and insurance pays 2:1. Players my split like value cards and double down on their first bet if the initial two cards amount to 9, 10, or 11. There is only one split allowed and no doubling after a split. Split hands that may contain 21 in two cards do not count as Blackjack.
