Deuces Wild Video Pokerby The Art of Games

This single hand video poker game from The Art of Games is based on 5-card draw poker and uses four wild cards. All of the Deuces, or 2's, are wild so they can substitute for any other card to help form a winning hand. Unlike stud poker, where what you are dealt is all you have to play with, Deuces Wild Video Poker lets you discard up to five cards and draw for a better hand if you are not satisfied with the initial deal. Simply click on any cards you wish to hold and press the Deal button again to discard and replace the others.

Winning hands are compared to the pay table and any hand ranking Three-of-a-Kind or better is awarded a payout. Hands like Straight Flush, Four-of-a-Kind, and Full House are paid less than they would be in a straight-up game because they occur so often. Three new rankings are seen on this table as well due to the wild cards. Special payouts are awarded for Five-of-a-Kind and Wild Royal Flush, with the top prize going to a Royal Flush that contains no wild cards.
