Progressive Blackjack is a game where the player competes against the dealer. The goal is to add up to 21 or come closer to 21 than the dealer. The dealer must hit on 16 or less and stand on 17 or more. The player may place an extra $1 bet on each hand, and win a portion of the jackpot based on the progressive jackpot payout table. When a hand splits, it is still the first 2 cards dealt, but not to each split hand separately. Each player's hand is dealt two cards. The Dealer is also dealt two cards but only one card is face up. The card that remains face down is called the 'hole card'.
