News Time from JPM is a general knowledge and trivia quiz game based on a television news programme theme. To start the game choose one of the nine categories to answer questions from. Certain categories are topical and are updated frequently. You'll have 10 seconds to answer correctly. Initially players receive 1 'try again' so the first answer can be a fail.

The questions in each game become harder at each level. The number points associated with a successful completion of each category is shown on the news screen. Sometimes a ??? Mystery symbol will appear – choose that category if you want a real challenge. Four categories will shuffle around the screen – use all your skill stop skills to choose a good one, and beware, not all options are good for you!
