This game is rather the international version of Texas Hold 'Em and is sometimes known as Caribbean Hold 'Em. The payouts are based on a fixed odds pay table that awards more for higher ranking hands. Casino Hold 'Em offers an optional side bet for staggering payouts on the highest ranking hands such as Straight Flush and Royal Flush. For the Ante bet the dealer needs a hand of a pair of 4's or better, if the dealer does not qualify any raise bets are returned and player is paid even money on the Ante bet.

Place your bet(s) and the dealer and you will each receive two cards – three will be dealt to the community in the middle of the table. You and the dealer will use the community cards to form the best possible poker hand. Raise or fold and dealing continues. When the game is settled you will have 2 hole cards and can use the best three of the five community cards for your hand.
