Joker Poker 50 hand is a Microgaming standard video poker game in which the highest payouts (next to the elusive royal flush) are for hands involving the wild jokers. In this version of the game, you play fifty hands at the same time. A Natural Royal Flush brings the top payout of 5,000 coins on a max bet. This is followed by 5 of a kind, a Joker Royal Flush, Straight Flush, 4 of a Kind, Full House, Flush, Straight, 3 of a Kind, two pairs, or a pair of kings or better (a pair of kings is the lowest winning hand).

With the jokers being wild, it makes it easier to form winning combinations so your odds of winning at least a small payout are pretty good. At the end of a winning hand, you are offered the opportunity to possibly double your win. If you click the double button, you are given one card face up and four cards face down. You must choose one of the face down cards that you believe will be higher than the face up card. If it is higher, your winnings are doubled. You can keep doubling until you lose, or decide to take your winnings.
