Pai Gow Poker

Pai Gow Poker is a variation of an ancient Chinese tile game adapted for cards by incorporating some of the rules of seven-card stud. It is played with a 52 card deck plus 1 Joker and hands are ranked by standard poker hand rules. Joker can be used to complete a straight, flush, or straight flush otherwise it is counted as an ace. You are dealt 7 cards and will make two separate hands out of them – one a five card hand and the other the highest two card hand you can make that is less than the 5 card hand. Your hands are then compared to the dealer and you can win both, loss both, or win one and lose one for a push.
